"Hey! Careful with your lightning stuff," snapped Marlin.

Marlin appeared before them but they could only see their physical fears.

It dimmed a little “I am just doing this for light it won’t hurt you”

A look of fear and panic appeared on her face before she looked directly down. "Nope. Nope. Nope. Nope. Nope." Speedy walks past marlin with her head down. she did not feel like dealing with him today

"Um… okay bye." he looked at Daniel "What was that."

“I don’t know but this smells like a trap” he jogged to catch up with her as he left the area behind it fell into darkness he then spoke to kali in a alerted concerned tone “ hey you okay you look like you’ve seen a ghost”

"As long as i can get as far away from him as possible, as fast as possible. I will be fine." she kept her head down and gaze focused on the ground, she was used to the darkness away. she liked the darkness. so it didn't bother her to be surrounded by it. "….Do you know where the seal is?"

"Right over there," said Marlin pointing. He looked at her strangely. "Who are you…." he stopped. He could see her face, she didn't need to talk about it. "Nevermind. Follow me."

She stiffened up a little bit seeing the man, but hearing marlin's voice. As long as she just didn't look at hi and didn't think about it how much he looked like him she would be fine. she just needed to calm down. she looked down and followed his footsteps."its not him. Its not him." she mumbled.

Marlin glanced at Daniel, then back to Kali. "Hey. It's just me. Marlin, remember? The idiot?"

"Yeah yeah i remember. Your a big dumb idiot." She said just loud enough for them to hear.

Genuine concern was painted over his face he wanted to help her but he had no idea how “ I am still here as well how can I help” his voice was a bit shaky but he hoped no one noticed

She really wanted something to hold onto and squeeze tightly, this time the urge was so strong to cling to someone and hide was so strong she moved close to Daniel before stopping herself and just going back to walking towards the seal.

He noticed the movement that she made and he subconsciously moved closer to her and his hand fell to his side he thought about patting her back or her shoulder but decided against it

She noticed his movement towards her watching his hand fall to his side, he didn't do anything. she sighed letting her hands lay at her sides instead of in her pockets. She moved a little bit closer.

Marlin watched her but didn't know what to do. He stuffed his hands in his pockets and walked ahead of them a bit. "It's right up here," he called, still looking at Kali nervously.

"Did you guys seal it up again? or just leave It open." She tried to make sure her voice didn't waver or stutter but it waverd a little bit.

Arcanis followed them as his illusions worsened, "The path you follow are lies… The person you speak with shall always hurt you…. The woods will never let you leave…."

(Okay I will take a sort of paranoia approach at first)
As he heard marlin it didn’t sound the same was he going insane maybe his brain raced in thought maybe it wasn’t still marlin “marlin are you still you or are you someone else” as he said this crackling bits of plasma shot from his finger tips he edged closer to kali as if he were protecting her from danger

Once she thought she decently calmed down she looked up and immediately regretted it. "S-stop watching me! Your not making this any better with your eyes on me!" she yelled at Marlin calming down her breathing or at least trying too. She moved closer to Daniel sticking close to him.

Arcanis pulled the two illusions apart and turned them on each other. Forcing them see each other as nightmares.

Well that changes things, She immediately jumped away from daniel. "Dork?" she called out for daniel not seeing her and only seeing him. Her breathing starting to speed up a bit. she stared at him trying to wipe the fear and panic rising up in her chest. just breathe She could tell herself that a million times and she doubted it would actually do anything. She would not ask for his help,she could handle this on her own. she had always been on her own no different now. she started to back up in the darkness.

Arcanis lured Kali away and decided to reveal himself, "I can stop the madness before the madness begins."

“Wait, the aura!” He Exclaimed the fear was still there he just had to try and power through that’s what’s happening Okay we need help there only person that can is ignis “ignis!” He yelled in desperation

once she could no longer see him she made herself not be seen by daniel or marlin. She blended in with darkness and hid herself from them the best she could. Then she crouched down with her knees to her chest. "what do you mean?" her voice wavered again.

Ignis appeared as a fear to Daniel, "Why…This is a crude predicament."

Arcanis smiled before her, "Join me, and I can show you how to escape this trap."

“Why not do something about it” he seemed enraged too a point where it almost completely clouded his judgement anger and desperation are not a good mix
