She blinked slowly, and didn’t say anything. What? What do I do? She did like him, but she didn’t exactly know how to respond or tell him that.

(Well someone who is innocent is gonna suffer for Cato’s choice. :p)

Shoot shoot shoot shoot, evACUATE. Arianna thought frantically, speed walking somewhere. Basically anywhere but where she was right now would do.
“Arianna Aire.” Alexander said coldly. Arianna cursed in her mind.
“Alexander,” Arianna stated in monotone voice, “what brings you here?”
“I have a new gladius.” Alexander smirked, pulling it out, showing it off.

Then it all crumbled from there.

The blade stabbed him.

Right in the thigh.

Alexander shrieked. Blood poured from his thigh, he moaned in pain.

Arianna stared at him in horror, she knew that she would be blamed for this.

“You witch! You no good daughter of Urania! You traitor!” Alexander shrieked, catching the other campers attention, “You stabbed me!”

“N-no, I..” Arianna mumbled, tearing up.

Alexander collapsed, the medics around rushed to aid him.

“No! I mean…” she glanced down, then back at him. Damnit Valerie, say something! She hesitated again before giving up on the English language and wrapping her arms around his neck, pulling him down to her lips.

Cato was surprised, but leaned into the kiss, pressing his body against Val’s.

She smiled faintly against his lips and pulled him closer. After a moment, she pulled away and smiled. “I’m not good with words.”

“Yeah, well, the other thing will suffice,” Cato smiled, (how do i say this) leaning down and (resuming?) the kiss.

A medic went over to Arianna, “Look we all hate him, but you can’t just stab him in the middle of the camp for everyone to see.”
“I didn’t stab him!” Arianna protested, tears threatening to fall, “The gladius stabbed him itself!”
The medic raised their eyebrow, “No one is going to believe you in trial.” Then they left with the other medics.
Arianna bit her lip, hot tears pouring down her cheeks. They were right, no one would believe her.

She laughed quietly, and returned the kiss, hugging him tightly. After a few minutes, she broke away for breath and layed her head on his shoulder.

//yo so cato’s gonna admit to enchanting the gladius to help Arianna and he gets kicked out of camp then Valerie follows and so do Arianna and Sage and anyone else on the quest and we get plot, good idea?
