"And I'll leave the moment you ask."
"And I'll leave the moment you ask."
"I-I…" he rubbed at his eyes, sniffling softly.
"It's going to be okay, Alex." Gabe turned his head a bit on the wall.
(probably not gonna be too active tonight, idk)
Alex shook his head. "It isn't."
(okie! Thanks for letting me know!)
Gabe sighed.
"But it will be."
(np!)
Alex shrugged slightly.
Gabe closed his eyes.
Alex sniffled again. "I'm s-sorry."
"You don't have to be…"
He let out a shaky breath.
Gabe closed his eyes.
"What now? I… I can't come into the house, I don't… know how to help from here."
He sniffled. "I just…I…"
Gabe fell silent.
"I want you h-here, but…b-but I d-dont want the other ghosts getting i-in."
"I… I know, Alex. I'll… I'll find a way."
Alex sniffled, trying not to cry again but failing.
Gabe closed his eyes again a moment.
(hdhfgdjh sorry for not responding! Somehow I managed to unfollow the thread??)
Alex rubbed at his eyes. His whole face was red and puffy from his tears.
(Lol i understand that, it's happened to me before, oop-)
"I… what if we moved the salt away from the bed, but left it everywhere else so no one else could come in?"
(lol)
He sniffled softly. "I-I…I g-guess that could work." he said softly, getting up and moving the salt to let Gabe in.
Gabe carefully stepped into the room now, weary of the salt. He looked at Alex, seeing how red his eyes were from crying.
"How… How are you handling me here?" He asked gently.
He shrugged a little, looking down at his toes and letting out a shaky breath.
"I… Can I hug you?" He asked gently.
He nodded a little bit, sniffling softly.
Gabe came forward, wrapping his arms around Alex as best he could and staying close.
Alex leaned into him a little, starting to cry again.
"I… I've got you, I'm right here…" Gabe ran his fingers through Alex's hair as best he could.
Alex clung to him, crying into his chest.
Gabe held Alex close to himself, carefully guiding him to sit down.
Alex sniffled a little.
