He nodded a little, holding onto him.

(It's okie!)

He ran his hand through the others hair, shutting his eyes again.

He leaned into the touch, letting out a faint breath.

This was nice. It was peaceful and warm, the sunlight filtering into the room giving it a warm glow.

He hummed for just a moment, cuddled close to Victor.

Victor ran a hand through his hair and smiled softly. "How are you feeling?" He asks gently.

He shrugged a little bit. "Okay." He replied softly.

He nods, his eyes shutting again for a moment. He ran his hand through Victor's hair, humming quietly in thought.

He leaned into the touch, letting out a soft breath.

He was intent on keeping the other safe, and this was nice. "What do you want for breakfast?" He asks quietly.

(so I have?? An idea?? Like. What if Jared's ex leaked some of Jared's old nudes (pre-abduction) to the press, along with like. An interview where said ex is just a complete and supreme asshole bastard man, and so the press is just having a field day with all of this information, and Jared's just. Kinda having a breakdown and just generally Not Having a Good Time?? Especially if he was at like a party or banquet or something when the news broke and suddenly everyone is staring from the corner of their eyes and whispering and yeah)

He shrugged a little bit. "I don't know. Eggs? Whatever is easiest for you is fine."

(OU! I really like that idea!!)

"Mmm… I could make some eggs and bacon… maybe with a smoothie. What kinds of smoothies do you like?" He asks quietly.

(:D great!)

"Mm…I don't know." He shrugged a little bit.

He smiled a little. "Well in that case, I can make one of my favorite smoothies." He hummed quietly and yawned. "I hope you like strawberries."

"Strawberries are good." He agreed with a little smile, looking up at Victor.

Victor smiled and slowly sat up, giving a tired yawn. He stretched for a moment before rubbing at his face.

Jared let go of him, rolling onto his back.

Victor stretched before standing and offering his hand to Jared. "Care to join me in the kitchen?"

Jared blinked, and took Victor's hand, using it to get up. "Uhm…sure."

He smiles warmly and pulls him up carefully. "Sounds good. You can taste test."

He smiled a little. "Alright."

He guides the other out into the kitchen, slowly letting go of his hand. Once in the kitchen he started gathering ingredients.

He followed Victor quietly, his red hair sticking up messily from sleep.

Victor let him sit down and began working on breakfast. He hummed along with the radio, a small smile on his lips.

He listened quietly, leaning his chin on his hand.

He cooks quietly, before moving to make coffee, as well as his famous smoothie blend. He lets Jared have a small taste of the smoothie. "How is it?"

Jared smiled a little bit. "It's good." He replied softly. "Thank you."

"Of course! Let me finish up with the food and then we can have ourselves some breakfast!" Victor smiled warmly and continues working on the food, humming happily.

He smiled a little bit in return. "Okay." He said.

Victor worked quickly and quietly before setting a plate of eggs, bacon, toast, hash browns, sausage, and of course, his homemade smoothie. "Take what you'd like." He removes his apron and hands Jared a plate as well as grabbing his own.
