Winter looked at Elias. She started, "I think it would be better for us to help her. She is apparently a senator's daughter, but they've turned, so she must have other people in the senate who could help. People in the senate, with money…Plus, Elias and I have the armour, it will protect us from anything that could possibly harm us. We have to at least try."
Essar nodded, smirking just a bit. "She'd be a good person to have on board. Has connections in the senate. 5, how close are we to Naboo?" "It's in a different sector, but I think we could make it." She muttered. "Alright then. All in favor of helping?" Essar asked.
Elias and Winter smiled and simultaneously said,"We're in!"
Elias said, "Let us just get our armour reformed. It kinda melted… No worries though. it doesn't leave a puddle of water, it just evaporates. It should only take about a minute."
"Okay good. I got that carpet on Pantora. That stuff isn't cheap." He turned to Hi-5. "Set a course for Naboo. "Aye aye captian." She sassed before walking to the cockpit.
Winter hoped Essar couldn't hear what she was about to say. She looked at Elias and whispered, "What's a carpet? I may know where planets are, but I have no idea what a carpet is…"
Shiloh sat back down. The early pain was beginning to die down to a low pinching sensation. She was healing, she could feel it. Her lekku buzzed.
Winter heard a faint buzz come from behind her. She looked at Shiloh and remembered her arm. "Hey, Shiloh how's your arm? I know it has to be doing better. Anyway, don't you need to answer that?"
Elias had thoughts elsewhere. He was thinking about the battle ahead. He knew he was probably going to have to fight some troopers to save this girl who could be a valuable ally. He just didn't think he could fight. He was angry again, and his eyes started glowing. Whenever he relaxed, he thought of something that would put him back into a guarded state. He just wished he was like Winter. Fearless, and willing to help anyone who needed it.
Essar turned back to the others. "So, sleeping arrangements. I've got a couple rooms meant for crew. Elias and I can take one and the girls could take the other. Does that work?"
Winter was fine with sharing a room with Shiloh and Hi-5. Elias was a little nervous. He wanted to be near Winter. He didn't want her to be out of his sight. She gave him an I'll be alright look, and he was fine with bunking with Essar.
Elias was worried about Winter. He always worried about her, and she knew it. that's why she told him that she would be alright. He just couldn't shake the feeling that something was wrong with her, and she wouldn't tell him everything…
The silence streched on a bit. "Is that a yes a no?"
Winter looked at him, and then looked at Essar. "Yes, that sounds fine. I'm sure Elias is fine with it…" He glared at Winter with a look of fearfulness. "Yeah Essar, that'll do just fine. If she needs me she'll just come and get me…"
Essar nodded. "What ever kickstarts your fighter." He said.
Winter laughed. Winter always knew how to make Elias mad. He knew otherwise. All she had to do was stand alone, and it made him so angry to see her alone, that he just blew up. If she needed anything, he knew that he would come to her aid no matter the cost…
(Erudite you on? I think we could skip to Naboo now.)
(Your peeps could go on being angsty while we wait)
(Nah, save it for later, like if Winter gets hurt or something like that…)
(K. Guess we'll wait for Erudite. I'm going to be off at 8:00 though.)
Shiloh didn't exactly feel like sharing the same room as Hi-5, but she nodded kindly towards Winter. "My arm is fine," she said, stroking her lekku absentmindedly.
(Hi! I'm here! What time zone @TheLavanderOwl, bc it's 8:24 in Eastern Standard.)
(Ok, so it's around 7:30 for you right? Being on Notebook.ai is really making me work with USA time zones a lot more!)
(Naboo)
Estelle woke to with a fuzzy head in a dark room. When she finally recollected what happened to her, she was scared out of her mind. She had been gagged so she couldn't speak, and bound so she couldn't move. There wasn't a bone in her body that didn't ache. She moaned softly.
(What should I have her do?)
(I'm in Alaska. I'm like six hours behind you lavender… I go to bed at like 10 pm for you though, bc we have school starting at 2 am, because it's sunny for 22 hours… No big deal though.)
