Alex let out a faint breath, going back to picking at his food.

Gabe sat quietly, letting Alex eat at his own pace.

Alex kept picking quietly at his food.

Gabe gently kissed Alex's forehead again.

Alex smiled faintly.

Gabe smiled in return.

He went back to his food, eating quietly.

Gabe leaned back a little, a small smile on his lips.

He smiled gently for a moment, then kept eating.

Gabe closed his eyes, relaxing as Alex ate.

Alex kept eating a little bit.

Gabe opened his eyes again.
"Is it okay?"

Alex nodded a little bit. "Yeah." he replied softly. "Thank you."

"You're welcome," Gabe said with a smile.

He had eaten all he could, and set the plate aside.

Gabe looked over when Alex finished. He kissed Alex lightly.

Alex gave him a faint smile, kissing him back.

Gabe wrapped his arms around Alex, pulling him a little closer as his eyes shut.

Alex let out a soft breath, holding onto Gabe.

Gabe finally pulled away from the kiss, smiling.

Alex smiled a little as he looked up at Gabe.

Gabe hummed in content.
"I don't think I'll ever get tired of kissing you."

He smiled faintly. "Yeah." he replied, leaning into Gabe. "I…really like you." he said slowly. He was hesitant to say "love" because he had loved Henry, hadn't he? And he knew where that had led.

"I really like you too," Gabe said gently. He saw how Alex was avoiding the word love, so he would too. He gently rubbed Alex's back.

Alex leaned into Gabe again, closing his eyes and letting out a content sigh.

Gabe smiled sodtly, kissing Alex's forehead.

Alex smiled up at him for a moment, cuddled close.

Gabe held Alex close, smiling.

Alex let out a faint breath, holding onto Gabe and humming for a moment.

Gabe yawned softly, holding Alex close.
