”I love you.” he smiled at her, gently wrapping his arms around her.

She smiled turning her head back to the window " i love you too "

He lightly pecked her cheek again and stood behind her, resting his head on her shoulder with his arms still around her.

She leaned back gently into his chest

He smiled and gently held her closer.

She closed her eyes

He kissed her cheek again. ”Want some coffee?” he offered.

She shook her head

”Ok.” he nodded a little. ”Since I talked you into staying home a bit longer, what time are going to work now?” he asked thoughtfully.

" im going in Tommorow " she said

His eyes widened slightly for a moment before nodding. ”Ok.” he smiled at Betty and kissed her cheek. ”I’m glad we get another day together. You sure you won't get in trouble with work for this?”

She nodded " im Positive " she said

”Good.” he whispered in relief, holding her closer.

She rested her head back on him

He smiled lovingly and kissed her temple.

She smiled softly

“Do you want to do anything special today? Maybe something to celebrate your new job” he asked, looking forward to spending the day together.

"Like what?" She asked intrigued by the question

He shrugged a little. ”I don't know… Anything special you want?” he asked, open to suggestions. ”I’m willing to do just about anything for you.” he smiled.

" well hun you are on crutches " she said

He chuckled a little at the reminder. ”Yeah, I know. But I'm getting better. I can handle short distances all right without them.” he pointed out gently. ”We can still do something together.”

" why don't you lay down?" She asked

He hummed a little. ”Do you want me to? Cause I feel fine right now.” he assured her, though he knew he should rest more. ”I guess I'm just a little tired of being in bed.” he admitted.

"I wanna make sure you're alright " she said

”I’m much better, amour.” he assured her, though he still wasn't completely healed. If he had to assign a number to how he was… he would say he was probably at 80%.

" I know but yiur still human and if your using yiur body too much one slip up could damage you all over again " she said

He looked at her and kissed her cheek. ”I know, my darling. I'll be alright.” he promised. ”But if you insist, I’ll sit down for a while… If you sit with me.” he smiled.

She nodded gently

He smiled at her and gently took her by the hand to lead her back to the bed, so they could sit down.
