Cressida got home, got changed as quickly as possible, and went straight to sleep.

Blaine tossed her apple core into the trash and reached up into a cupboard above the sink for a glass. Grabbing one, she turned the facet on and filled it. She sipped on her water, looking at Pinterest on her phone.

Correction: tried to fall asleep. She tossed and turned, and eventually gave up. She got up and walked over to Blaine.
