"Well, where are you going?" Daniel asked. He leaned a bit closer, still holding Elliot's hand.

"Work." He replied quietly. "I have the worst boss and an annoying partner."

"I see. Where do you work?" Daniel was thinking if Elliot worked at a restaurant, Daniel would just come with him.

"At a Cafe." He sighed. "We barely get customers tho. It's not… 'Booming' as it was 10 years ago."

"Well, why don't I come with you? I'll eat there, and if you're free anytime you can come talk to me." Daniel smiled a bit.

Elliot looked at Daniel. "Sure! Why not." he shrugged. " Another customer, I guess."

Daniel nodded.
"It's decided. Com'on, we should get heading." Daniel stood, holding Elliot's hand.

Elliot got up and started walking with Daniel. "Sooo… Once my shift is over what do you want to do?"

"Hm, good question." Daniel thought a moment. "What about dinner?"

"Sure!" Elliot smiled. "After dinner, I'll head home. Or my parents will kill me. heh." He said scratching his head.

"Alright then!" Daniel smiled brightly. "My treat."

Elliot sighed. "I'll pay. You paid already so it's my turn." He pet Daniel's head.

Daniel purred at the petting.
"Noo," he protested. "It's the polite thing to do pay for the meal."

Elliot smiled at the Purr that Daniel let out.
"Nope! Im paying and there's nothing you can do about it!" He said laughing and petting Daniel again.

"Ah, com'on," Daniel said. He leaned into Elliot's hand.
"You're talking advantage of my love of pets to get me to give in," he complained.

"Yes, I am" He laughed. "Im paying and that's that." He pet Daniel one last time for the fun of it.

Daniel pouted a bit, leaning into Elliot's hand before he took it away.
"Well it worked," he huffed.

"Heh. Anyway, Once I get in Just sit at the side. I'll pretend like ill take you're order and then walk away." Elliot said, lowering his voice as he walked into the Cafe.

"Alright then," Daniel said. He stepped to a table, sitting down and smiling at Elliot.

Elliot smiled back at Daniel as he went behind the desk. He took the notepad and walked up to people and marked their orders.

Daniel hummed a little, watching Elliot work out of the corner of his eye. Elliot was cute while he worked.

Eventually, Elliot's shift finished. He walked up to Daniel and asked. "Want anything to go? My shift is over now and they allow the workers to take whatever they want after."

"Nothing I can think of." Daniel stood, offering his hand to Elliot.

"Alright. I'll go grab somthin' for me." He smiled and turned to the food. He grabbed a cappuccino and a donut and went back to Daniel. "C' mon. Lets go."

Daniel nodded.
"Okay then." Daniel headed out with Elliot.
"Where do you want to go for dinner?"

"Hmm. I don't know. How 'bout you pick?" Elliot smiled, biting the donut.

"Well… How does Mexican sound?" Daniel smiled back.

"Sure! I love Mexican food! Don't forget…Im paying!" He said, petting Daniel.

Daniel purred softly.
"Why don't we just go half Dutch? I'll pay for the stuff I order, and then I pay for what you order. Seems fair to me."

Elliot smiled. "Fine. We've got a deal!" He laughed and held Daniel's hand. His other hand was in his pocket, checking how much money he had.
