King woke up in what seemed to be later in the evening his body sore from fatigue still.

Colby was very tired, but he was staring at the ceiling, nibbling on his lower lip in thought. He sensed King waking up and gently pulls King closer, kissing his forehead.

King hummed a littla as he woke up some more, "Hey babe."

"Hey baby…" He coos softly, smiling a little bit at the other, nuzzling into his shoulder. "I love you." He hummed quietly.

"Mmmm love you too," King cooed in return. He stretched out ever so slightly before returning to his earlier position.

He nuzzled into the others shoulder, kissing his cheek. "Mmm… let's just stay like this for a while, okay?" He murmured. He didn't want to get out of bed.

"Okay," King murmured back. He hummed a little, "But can I stretch out a little? I'm sore baby."

He nods slowly. "Go for it angel." He mumbles quietly, letting the other go slowly and kisses his cheek.

King gave him a grateful smile as he stretched his limbs all the way before curling back up and into Colby, "Thanks darling."

Colby smiled and nods slowly. "Of course…" He mumbles tiredly. He kisses his forehead and yawns quietly, pressing a soft kiss to King's forehead.

King hummed again before nuzzling back into Colby once more. He needed a bit of love.

Colby smiled a little bit and kissed his cheek softly. "I love you so much…" He murmured quietly as he ran his hand through King's hair.

King let out another hum as he tilted his head up to kiss Colby softly, "I love you loads too."

He smiled at the kiss and cuddled closer. This was how he always wanted to be, next to King, safe from the world.

King nuzzled against Colby and began to pepper Colby in light kisses. He would have loved for this to be his forever, but he knew the moment his pager went off everything would be broken.

Colby giggled quietly as he was kissed, returning the kisses as well. Colby always feared when King's pager went off, because that meant that Colby had no idea if King was going to come back that night. Moments like this were always comforting.

King relished in the moment hoping that the one fight had been enough for today. He began to nuzzle into Colby's neck leaving kisses along the way.

Colby purred quietly, revealing more of his neck to the other. It was no secret his neck was a sweet spot. He cuddled closer, shutting his eyes.

King continued kissing his neck letting his lips roam along.

He gave a little hum, leaning into the kisses. It felt good, comforting even. He gave a sweet and happy sigh as his neck was kissed at. "Don't stop." He whispers. "Feels nice."

King paused just a moment before kissing the skin once more, "If that's what you want love."

He nods slowly and holds his hand gently. This was nice. This morning, having the other close to him, feeling those soft kisses along his neck. It made the world feel right.

King continued to leave soft kisses on Colby's neck. He never wanted this morning to end.

He hummed happily, pressing soft kisses to the side of his head. "Mmm… god I love you." He purred softly.

King hummed in light agreement as he glanced up at Colby, "Love you too."

He chuckles and presses slow and soft kisses along the others neck, moving closer.

King stopped kissing Colby's neck letting Colby return the favor.

Colby gently pressed soft kisses along his neck, pulling King closer so he could have more access. He hums in content, glad to have King so close to him.

King tilted his head so Colby had the best access to his neck. He let himself melt into the moment.
