Jared clung to his hand with a deathgrip, shivering and whimpering again.

He gently sighed and slowly settled onto the bed completely and pulled the other into his lap, keeping him close and protected. "You're safe." He murmured, playing with his hair and holding his hand gently.

Jared whined again, eyes flickering open a little as he grabbed at Victor, still mostly asleep. As he woke up a little more, he just clung tighter to Victor.

"Shhh, you're safe." He murmured quietly keeping the other close. He begun to sing a soft lullaby in Russian, his voice deep and soothing as he ran his hand through Jared's hair, keeping him close and tucked into his chest.

Jared was shaking, clinging tightly to Victor, trembling with soft sobs.

"It's alright. I'm here." He murmured quietly, making sure to keep him close and shielded from the world. "You're safe." He hummed softly.

He was still trembling, but his trembling slowly subsided as Victor held him.

Victor kept him close, humming gentle lullabies in different languages, running his fingers through Jared's hair, and holding his hand. He was going to protect Jared and comfort him.

He kept clinging to Victor, desperate for that gentle touch.

"It's alright now, Jared. You're safe." He murmured, keeping those gentle and soothing touches. He was glad to see the other was slowly calming down.

He was still shaking faintly. "S-sorry." He whispered.

"Don't be." He whispers gently. "You're safe now. I'm here…" He murmured, playing with his hair gently. "Just rest…"

He sniffled, pressed close to Victor. "Don't leave…" He whispered.

"I won't leave. I'll stay right here." He held him close, running a soothing hand through Jared's hair.

He clung to the Russian man, calming a bit more.

Victor smiled softly, humming quietly as he held the other. "It's alright. You're safe now."

(think I gotta go soon, idk)

He was still clinging to Victor desperately, hiding his face in the other man's shoulder.

"I'm not going to leave. You're safe, I promise." He murmured quietly. He played with his hair and kept him on his lap.

He stayed pressed close to Victor, clinging to him desperately.

He ran his hand through the others hair, his eyes soft as he kept the other close. "I won't let anyone hurt you. You're safe now. I promise."

He nodded a little bit, still holding onto Victor.

Victor smiled gently, his eyes shutting as he held the other. He wanted to make sure that Jared knew he was safe here. That Victor wasn't going to let anyone hurt him.

Jared closed his eyes, holding onto Victor.

Victor ran his hand gently through Jared's hair, humming quietly as he did so.

Jared let out a slow breath, starting to get drowsy again.

He sung a soft lullaby, his eyes shutting as he helped the other relax and calm down. He ran his hand through Jared's hair, keeping him close to his chest.

Jared let out a faint breath, eyes slipping shut.

Victor smiled when he finally shut his eyes, keeping the blankets tucked around Jared and a hand gently playing with Jared's hair.

Jared let out a soft breath as sleep began to claim him again.

As Victor felt him ease he gently curled around him, rubbing his back and keeping him close. He hummed quietly as his eyes scanned the shadows, keeping the other safe in his arms.
