"Why not?" Ellis asked, raising his eyebrows.
"Why not?" Ellis asked, raising his eyebrows.
Lloyd shrugged. "Feels pretentious, I guess… I don't like to make it harder for the staff."
"It's not that hard. I've done it for the…for Lord Aaron, and Anton, and Drew before."
"Well, still… I feel bad about it, so I try to make it easier for them. Usually the only reason I can't go down to get food for myself is if I'm badly injured or ill."
"Which you are injured." Ellis said, looking at him.
"Not that badly… I can still walk and stuff." Lloyd shrugged.
"If you're sure about that."
Lloyd nodded a bit. "And I've gotten better at navigating the crutches, so it's fine…"
Ellis nodded, sitting up. "Okay."
Lloyd looked up at Ellis curiously when he sat up. "Are you going somewhere?"
"I thought we were going to get food?" He asked slowly.
"Well, we don't have to go now. We can go later if you want."
"Oh. Alright." he lay back down.
"You said you're not that hungry anyway, so we can wait a bit…"
He nodded. "Yeah, that's fine."
Lloyd sighed softly and huddled closer to Ellis. "Just let me know when you're hungry…"
Ellis nodded a little. "I will."
Lloyd yawned, purring softly as he clung to Ellis.
Ellis smiled slightly, closing his eyes and snuggling close to Lloyd.
Lloyd stretched his wings out behind himself on the bed so they wouldn't be in his way while he moved closer.
Ellis rested his head on Lloyd's shoulder.
Lloyd nuzzled against Ellis and soon relaxed, ready to stay still for as long as Ellis wanted.
Ellis let out a breath. "Thank you, Lloyd."
"Mhmm… No problem, El…" Lloyd yawned a bit, still purring.
Ellis smiled a little.
"How are you so comfortable?" Lloyd asked softly, resting his head on Ellis's chest.
He blinked. "What do you mean?"
"To cuddle up with, I mean… you're really comfy…" Lloyd held a bit tighter to Ellis.
"Oh. Uhm…I don't know."
"Mm… it's nice. You're warm~…" Lloyd purred softly.
