Ellis shook his head. "N-no…"

Lloyd nodded a bit. "Let me know if you do."

Ellis nodded. "Okay. Thank you."

"No problem." Lloyd sighed and relaxed a bit, still working on getting Ellis to calm down.

Ellis had mostly calmed down, but he was still a little shaky.

"Are you feeling any better?" Lloyd asked.

"A little." He replied softly.

"That's good… do you want to get up or stay here?" He asked.

He shrugged. "It's…I don't care…"

"Let's stay here a while longer. We can get up when you're ready."

"Alright. Thanks again, Lloyd."

"Mhmm." Lloyd went quiet and huddled close to Ellis.

Ellis let out a breath, still pressed close to Lloyd.

After a while, Lloyd got up and stretched with a sigh.

Ellis looked up at him.

Lloyd pulled off his shirt and started rummaging through his drawers with a sigh.

Ellis rolled into his back, looking up at the ceiling.

Lloyd pulled a shirt out of a drawer and sat down on the edge of the bed, preening his ruffled wings.

Ellis glanced over at him, rubbing his eyes.

Lloyd yawned a bit, humming softly to himself while he neatened up his feathers.

Ellis let out a breath, sitting up.

"How are you feeling, Ellis?" Lloyd asked softly, closing his eyes as he got into a rhythm.

"I…don't know." He replied quietly.

"Mm…" Lloyd continued preening himself idly, yawning again.

"I should…I should go. If you're tired…"

"You can stay if you want, El… I don't mind." Lloyd purred weakly while he fixed his feathers.

Ellis bit his lip a little.

Lloyd finished preening himself after a few minutes and pulled on the shirt he'd grabbed. "There we go…"

Ellis nodded a little.

Lloyd yawned and crawled back under the covers to huddle up with Ellis.
