"Need?" Sebastian said. "I need nothing. All I want is you." This Sebastian could handle. He could handle being talked to like this from a demon. It's what he had expected. Eventually, the other people in the room left, leaving Sebastian and the demon to themselves.
She laughed a bit. "Awe, that sounds almost poetic and romantic!" She put her hands together happily "I'm flattered. Really." She says with a cute, Sweet smile.
"So why do you want me in the first place?" She asks stepping forward the boy.
Sebastian was a bit surprised by the demon's actions. It was as if it was actually flattered but what Sebastian had said. He couldn't pick up on a hint of sarcasm. It was… Confusing. Still, this was a demon, and he had no room to let his guard down.
"Is it not enough to have had the idea to do this, and to just do it?" He said in response.
She laughed, taking another step closer to him, "well, you are a spoiled rich brat. So I guess you do whatever you want whether it's right or wrong. But just know…" she looked at him, genuine care in her eyes. "You are enslaving a being. Demon or not. How would you like being enslaved, held against your will just because someone just felt like it?"
Sebastian hesitated when the demon took another step towards him. He didn't like the look in her eyes, didn't like how she was acting. Still, he couldn't get himself to actually get up, or move away, or try to force her to.
"Not my problem," he finally said. His voice was softer than before, less smooth, less confident. More like the confused, frightened little kid he really was.
She, being a demon of course, read that easily. "Well it's become your problem hon. Just be lucky you got me instead of any other demons because they'd make your life a living hell, with or without powers" she says.
"What will you even do with me huh?"
"We'll figure something out." The words slipped quietly out of Sebastian before he actually thought of what he was saying. He had put the demon in the same level as him, giving them the idea he would be letting them do any decision making.
"Well I have idea" she says stepping up to him, holding her pale, soft hand to him with a sweet smile. "Let's be friends. Dont ask me why, I have my reasons"
Sebastian hesitated. What were her reasonings? Why did she want to be his friend?
"I… Don't know." He looked up at her, realizing what the situation could easily turn into. "We don't even know each other's names."
"Hm, call me CC" She says still holding out her hand. She knew every way this situation could turn out, and she was fine. He wasnt able to hurt her, nor her to him. A simple friendship never hurt anyone right?
Sebastian hesitated a bit.
"I'm Sebastian," he finally said, taking CC's hand slowly. He was still semi scared that CC would snap at any moment. Maybe break his hand, if not his neck.
That wasnt something to really be concerned with, as her grip was gentle before she slid her hand away. "Hm. Sounds like a brats name. Suits you" she says with a smirk, crossing her arms.
"So what's it like getting everything you want anyway? I dont come along many like you"
"It's boring," Sebastian admitted. CC was being nice to him, mostly, and Sebastian didn't trust it. She was a demon, why should he?
"No one ever says no."
She turned back around to him, wanting for this to be over already. She hated these situations.
"So…what, you just get everything and anything you want? Man, your parents did a crap job raising you, that's for sure. To let their kid be this spoiled." Seo Hyeon let out a sigh. "Do your parents know about this? Surely they wouldn't let you summon a demon right??"
Sebastian looked away.
"Just me and my father, actually," he said coldly. "And who do you think paid for all of this? He's perfectly fine with it."
"Well your father is a horrible father that's for sure. No living parent in their right mind would let their child summon a demon" she rolled her eyes. "I could easily kill you right now, even without my powers." The demon says looking around the room in disgust. She already hated the place. And what was she going to even do? Sit here and chat till he gets bored?
"Will you?" Sebastian asked. "Kill me, that is. There isn't anyone here who could stop you." Sebastian was using the conversation to figure out what he wanted to do with CC. He was taking his dear sweet time, though.
"Depends….will you be the annoying brat I take you as?" She says crossing her arms, her ghostly eyes challenging his to match her voice. Sharp yet sweet with a gentle feeling to it.
She was patient, unlike many other demons. So she wasnt annoyed….just yet
"I'm only that way when it benefits me," Sebastian said. He most definitely didn't match her tone. He was doing his best to stay calm as it was. He was just glad he wasn't in hot water a at the moment. He'd have to look into ways to both protect himself and control the demon.
"Being a brat benefits you no way that does any good. It'll just make people hate you even more than they would already" she rolled her eyes, running her hand through her alabaster hair
"I don't really care for what others think of me. I do what I must to get what I want." Sebastian crossed and uncrossed his legs, fidgeting.
"I see no reason why I should get people to like me."
She scoffed at him. He thought as a demon would. Which is why he would make a perfect one. But she held her tongue and sighed.
"You would see how much more enjoyable life is with friends ya know. I'm a demon and all, yeah… but I can tell that would help you. And hey, what else am I gonna do here? Torture you?" She rolled her eyes before stopped "oh wait, I very well could do that"
"I'd prefer not having that happen," Sebastian said, forcing down the urge to wince.
"And I see no point in friends. What could they give me I couldn't pay for?"
She stepped forward, still not used to not having her powers, but she was fine with it.
"Well" she says twirling a knife she had in her boot, still red hot from.the fire in the depths of hell.
"A sense of morality for one. Demons like.myself….well we dont have the need for one. But all humans need one. And I dont see any in you" she scoffed, looking from the blade then to his throat as he ran her finger along the edge.
Sebastian swallowed a little when CC pulled out the knife, seeing how she eyed his throat.
"Many people do just fine in this world without morality," he said. "It's how business is done. No one cares for others, not really, not when money's involved."
"That's what you think. But I see their lives. And it's not what you think. I would say it's a living hell, but I know what that is actually like. The emotional pain by itself…….for a human is…" she trailed off before coming back again "oh I wont scare you" she smiled.
"I'm just saying, it would help. But beleive what you want and do what you want. Then you can later burn in hell"
"Fine by me," Sebastian said with a sigh. "I didn't really expect anything else from my life." He rubbed his forehead a little, crossing his legs again.
"I figured I'd end up in hell anyway, so why not live my life how I want to?"
She only sneered before she spoke
"Because burning in hell for all of eternity will make you regret every single decision you've ever made in your life. If you dont want to be stuck down there with me, I would live my life differently if I were you. You dont want to live down there" she hissed, her eyes flash a dangerous black
Sebastian swallowed thickly again.
"What could I do" he asked quietly. "Everyone knows me as the manipulative brat. And I don't think a demon could teach me morals."
