Henry froze, a dumbstruck look on his face. ”Seriously?” he said in disbelief. ”I’m like three feet away from you and with all this smoke… How did you know it was me?”

" I can smell you" she said

”Even with the…” Henry groaned.

”Nice going, genius.” Lysander said sarcastically as he soon landed beside his friend. ”Next time land with the wind blowing in the other direction.”

" lysander!" She said excitedly

Lysander glared at her, his eyes fully red.

" someone's grumpy" she said

”Grumpy?” Lysander asked, his fangs growing slightly. ”No. Grumpy is when I don't sleep for a month. When I am betrayed by someone I once thought of as a friend… That pisses me off.” he growled.

" oh lysander I'm helping you" she said

”By stealing my wife's crystal and putting poison on me?” he snapped. ”You got a sick definition of helping me.”

Lysander growled as flames shot up around her and lingered for a minute. ”That’s not for you to decide. Now give me her crystal and the antidote.”

Henry was keeping a close watch on Jacob and Lily, so they didn't try anything.

" oh lysander don't you understand she'll never love you the way you love her" she said

Lysander growled again, his fists turning white at the knuckles. ”Shut up, Kam. Just shut up and give me what I want.”

"see? You know I'm right" she said

”Only because she doesn't remember me at all thanks to your poison.” Lysander argued. ”Now, this is the last time I'm going to ask you, hand them over before things get violent.”

Kameron shook her head

”Fine. But this is your fault.” Lysander gave as a final warning before making the fire around her grow in intensity and heat.

Henry sighed and looked at the other two. ”Last chance to save your sister.”

Jacob smiled " she has the crystal he'll destroy it" he said

”Oh…” Henry winced. ”I wouldn't have said that if I was you.”

Lysander’s glare darkened as he heard Jacob’s comment. The fire died out in a snap. Before anyone could blink, he had his hand around her throat.

Unfortunately kameron manged to push him off " I'll give it to you if you beat me in a fight a normal no fire fight" she said

Lysander paused for a moment at the offer. “Both of them? Betty's crystal and the cure for the poison.” he clarified.

Kameron nodded

”And no interference.” he agreed. ”If Jake and Lily stay out of the fight, then so will Henry and Tyler.”

Lysander took a deep calming breath and let the heat from his pyrokinesis dissipate. ”Deal.” he nodded, ready to fight.

Kamerons eyes grew yellow her canines growing

Lysander met her gaze, his eyes blood red as his own fangs grew to their full length.

" if I win you have to leave Betty" she growled

The red in his eyes flickered for a moment before he nodded. ”Then I have nothing to worry about. Basically, the stakes are if I win, she lives. If I lose, she’ll die. And I won’t let her die.” he stated firmly.
