”Oh… So she's just not going to be in our wedding.” he said understanding. ”Wait, protecting who from what?”

”Ok.” Henry relented.

She smiled softly squeezing his hand

Henry returned the smile gratefully and gave her hand a loving squeeze as well.

”Do you guys hear that?” Evan whispered.

Tyler looked at Evan

Henry stayed quiet for a moment and listened for what Evan noticed. ”I think so. Sounds like voices.” he nodded, keeping his voice low.

"Shh" she said listening carefully

Henry shrugged a little and kept listening, trying to make out the words.

" can you hear what they're saying?" Tyler whispered

”Not really… But there's definitely a male and female speaking.” Henry whispered. ”We might still have to get a little closer.”

Tyler nodded

Henry smiled encouragingly at her and took the lead, staying mostly in the shadows for cover.

Tyler stayed behind the boys

Henry kept quiet, still listening carefully, as he moved forward. He didn’t really notice the shadows wrapping around them

Tyler could hear the voices faintly

Henry slowed down as the voices grew.

Tyler listened carefully as she looked at Henry

Henry looked back at Tyler and nodded. He could tell it was the three siblings clearly now.

Tyler listened trying to make out what they were saying.

Henry was still holding her hand and carefully lead them closer so they could hear the three talking.

"So did you get it?" Lily asked
"Yep" kameron said
"What if they come for it?" Jacob asked.
" Yesterday I put poison on lysander that will only harm that wolf" Kameron said

Henry and Evan stared in shock at what they heard.

The shadows around Tyler and the boys grew darker and larger as Henry's fangs lengthened while the air shimmered behind Evan.

" I bet lysanders holding Betty right now" tyler whispered

“I’m not going to deny that.” Henry whispered, almost hissing.

”Someone should go back and warn them.” Evan suggested.

" you should go " she told Evan " she'll need someone to hold her" tyler said

Evan nodded. ”Sure. Henry. Give me your hand.” he instructed.

Henry raised a brow for a moment but accepted the offer. ”I’ll let you know.” he agreed before Evan disappeared.

Betty at home was in excruciating pain as lysander touched her

Lysander had let go of Betty as soon as she started showing signs of worsening pain and was now sitting on the floor nearby, panicking a little.

Evan was most likely the fastest flier, especially with his large strong wings. Though it would still take him a little while before he arrived at Lysander and Betty's home.
