Ether woke up yawning in an unfamiliar place, Where am i? She thought she went outside and was something, an arena? What happened, I can't remember. She realized that the house was empty and she had no idea what had happened, I best find someone! She ran of toward…. toward somewhere. People where on the run to somewhere in all directions, only some were still.

Artemis walked through the forum, trying to swagger and look a bit older. She was sixteen, but looked a bit young for her age.

Ether was getting dizzy, she started to spin and fell.

Artemis saw a girl fall. She dashed over, shaking her shoulder. "Hey, kid. You alright?"

"Yeh," Ether said dizzly , "Wh-Why am I hear?"

Derix leaned against a wall, his hood covering most of his face. He liked to look as shady as possible so people knew not to mess with him. He used his right hand to briskly touch the two small daggers he kept with him at all times.

(…are they in the arena or what?)

(No, Ether is unregistered (read as not captured) And Arty is a bounty hunter.)

"Yeh," Ether said dizzly , "Wh-Why am I hear?"

"What do you mean kid?"

"Where am i? And why?"

"Your in New Eden, the capital city. As for why, I don't know. What's your name kid?"

"Ether, and where is Eden?" Ether said almost forgetting her name.

Well Ether, New Eden is located near the coast. Ya know."

"No, I don't know."

(Quick question, when they aren't in the arena are they in cells?)

(I would assume so. I would think the favorite would have suites like the tributes in Hunger Games.)

Artemis scratched her head. "Did you lose your memory or something?"

"I-I-I-I don't know, I don't even know how I got here, I just got here," Ether said .

Derix spotted Artemis's long black braid from quite a distance. He snarled, noticing how she was talking to a young girl. Sh**. I could get a lot for her if she has powers. Younger sells better. He watched them carefully, keeping himself hidden in the shadows.

"Huh. Do you remember anything at all?"

"I have a little brother and sister and a big sister to. I-," she trailed off and a little ice beam shot and hit the ceiling and freezing it. She looked at it scared.

Artemis looked up. "You have powers. Come with me." She helped Ether up and kept a firm grip on her arm.

"Where are we going?"
