"Otherwise…..Go on, elaborate," Ace said.

Blake look around the room for a minute from where he was standing. Dani and Macha's voices drifting quietly from the room, Peter and Skylar happily chatting and eating ice cream, Josh relaxing on the couch, and Ace in front of him. Blake had a feeling he hardly recognised rising in his chest. It ran through his veins like poison. Trust. "Never mind. It's gotta have been the food." Blake turned his softened gaze back to Ace, trying to shrug off the weird new feeling.

"I doubt that the Citadel drugged you through the food." Ace said, "I ate some of it and I'm fine."

Peter shot Blake an amused look, grinning.

Ace caught Peter looking at Blake and shouted, "Do you have another hair band? I made another braid on Blake! Blake, turn around, so Peter can see."

"It had to have been the food. I don't trust easily, but-" Blake broke off his sentence and shook his head a little, as if trying to clear it. "I shouldn't be trusting you all this easily." He rephrased, looking confused. He let his wings droop over his shoulder and fidgeted with one of his braids. He looked up at Ace with mild amusement and turned around to face Peter.

"No that's Brie", Zander shouted jumping up and down, "Brie, BRIE OVER HERE!" She turned to Zander and smiled then she began walking towards the pair.

Iseul bowed a little in Brie's direction, his hair fell in front of his face. He tried move it all out of his way before she stood in front of them. "Hello, I'm Iseul.", he said giving a little wave.

Brie was confused, he wasn't in the file. She started in her best party girl tone, "Hi, I'm Brei, it's so good to meet you!" She glanced over to Zander and saw him puking his guts out. This was a weird information-gathering mission.

Iseul had no idea what to do at all. He bit his lip trying to come up with what to say next. Patting Zander's back he said while looking at Brie,"It's nice to meet you too."

"I like, totally can get some water for him if you need it." She said. "If that's all good?"

Dani took a deep breath. I-um…………" She sat down on her bed. "Sorry." She said shaking. "I sometimes get panic attacks at the worst moments." She hugged her knees tightly, riding the panic attack out.

Iseul took a quick glance at him then looked back. "I think that he would need it. I'm sure he doesn't want to be…", he looked up at the ceiling trying to remember the word. "What's the word that means when someone's throat is really dry if they haven't had water in awhile?"

Peter was silent and Ace turned back to Blake, "You're not going to leave, are you?"

Blake faced Ace again, caught off guard by the question. "Do you know how to get out of here?" He replied, tilting his head to the side a bit. The thought of reporting back to Commander Ryker filled him with dread, but he ignored it. What am I thinking?! Getting along with rebels? I've already broken enough rules to get me beat for months…
