Unable to hold it in, he wrapped his arms around her tightly barely holding himself together. "I'm… I'm such a jerk…" Brad whispered, gripping at the fabric of her shirt.

She shook her head petting his hair " No Brad your not"

"I am… I broke girl's hearts and I didn't even care… I broke your heart before…" He whispered, burying his face into her shoulder. "I'm suppose to be this tough guy, but all I am is a jerk."

"But Brad you have a heart and I love you so much baby and If you don't want to get married we don't have to" she said

"I-I do… I want to marry you… but I don't understand why you would want to marry me." Brad told her weakly, holding on to her just a little tighter. "I'm a screw up, and I've messed things up with us so many times."

"Because I Love you because I want to be your wife because I want to be part of your life I want to be yours" she said

"Aren't… aren't you scared I'm going to break you?" Brad asked, sounding so vulnerable as he pulled back. Not only did he sound it, he looked it as tears had streaked down his face.

She wiped at his cheeks with her thumb "No

Eyes falling closed, he leaned in to her touch with a weak sigh. "T-then I want to marry you… I want you to love me, and trust me."

"Then that's what we'll do" she said

Taking a moment to just breath, he looked at her with a smile. Not a lustful smile, or a worried smile, a loving one. One he wanted to give her, since they first started dating. "I love you."

She smiled "I love you too Brad Hoax"

Pulling her into another tight hug, he sighed softly. "So I'm guessing nothing special tonight? If we're going over to dinner, that is."

"Dinners tommorow night" she said

"Mm, I know that. But…" Brad began, pulling back to run his fingers up her arm onto her neck. "If it appears to look like we've been in bed together, how do you think that would make everyone feel? Wouldn't it be harder to convince them?"

"I can hide that fact very well" she said

"Mm, but I'm not so sure about myself." He told her, tilting her chin up with his two fingers.

"I can hide it for you too" she said

Smirking lightly, he kissed her forehead gently. "Guess it might still be on." Brad purred, scooping her up. "But first we have to make it through the rest of the day."

She sighed dramatically " that's too much"

"We've done alright so far, can't you make it until seven?" Brad asked with a light smirk, carrying her back down to the beach.

"I suppose" she said

"Mm, yay. You'll make everyone happy." Brad hummed, kissing her cheek.

"mhh sure" she said sarcastically

"You'll make Kaylee and me happy, at least." He whispered, sitting down on the sand with her in his arms.

"Fine" she said

Smiling brightly, he brought her closer, and rested his chin on her upper chest. "Mm, good."

She giggled petting his hair

With a lazy smile, he tilted his head back a bit as she petted him. It was nice, and it was relaxing. He seemed to be enjoying it quite a lot, as of the moment. Brad was plenty content to just sit there with her. If they sat in silence, nothing bad could be said. They'd both be happy.

She smiled kissing his head
