"I do, but we rarely have people over. We've only been living together for about three weeks. Technically." Brad hummed, smiling at Kaylee when he stepped into the kitchen to put drinks away.

"Yeah, where's Caroline?" Lilly asked, Kaylee seeming just as curious as the other two. Brad sighed, keeping his smile up. "She is gonna come later. She wanted some time before coming over." Brad informed them, putting the drinks into Kaylee's fridge with a soft smile.

Holding a hand to his chest, he sighed out in relief as the other girls giggled as well. "We seriously doubt you'd kill her. It wouldn't add up." Kaylee hummed, glancing back down to the string bracelet she was working on. "Oh- Amber, what colors do you want?"

Nodding a bit, she tied off the last knot on a blue and black colored one. Setting it aside, she started to cut strings for Amber's bracelet. "Whatcha doing?" Brad asked, leaning on the table to watch. Once set in place, Kaylee looked up at Brad. "Just making bracelets. I've done a few already."

Kaylee pouted, shoving on Amber's shoulder a bit. "I am not. I just like making them. They're super simple." She mumbled a bit, tying knots in the red and green string. It was starting to look like a chevron bracelet rather quickly. "If it's any consolation, I don't think you're a nerd."

"You mean Calum?" Kaylee asked, her swift fingers still going when she lifted her head to look at the three standing in her kitchen. Her blue eyes flicked between all three, through the loose stands of hair from her ponytail.

"He's… he's on his way. Is there something wrong? You seem… off, because I said his name." Kaylee asked weakly, dropping the strings. The sweet girl seemed confused, hearing her younger brother coming down the stairs.

Kaylee glanced over at Lily, and bit her lip nervously. "I-I didn't know… I'm sorry." She whispered to Lily. Forcing a smile up, the blonde waved it off. "It's no big deal. I-I didn't care that much." Lily lied, trying to choke down the tears she felt rising up.

"Don't worry about it," She insisted, tears breaking at her eyes. "It's really nothing to worry about. I'm with Collins. He loves me, and he cares." She shrugged, turning to see a familiar face enter the room. "Hey, Kay?" Jordan asked, not really noting the others in the room. "Where's my skateboard?"

“Not a good time, Jordan.” Kaylee mumbled, trying to shoo him off. With a slight eye roll, he turned around to go look for his skateboard alone. “You’re right Lily, you’ve got an awesome boyfriend who loves you. No need to worry about the past.”

“Yeah… I know.” Lily mumbled, hugging herself with a sigh. She knew Collins loved her, just felt a bit stung because of the turn over of the past. “Hey, don’t think about that, Lily.” Brad whispered, resting an arm over her shoulders. “You’re going to have an awesome day with your friends and boyfriend.”

Kaylee smile, getting up from her seat. “I bet that’s Lucas and Anthony!” She grinned, leaving everyone at the table when she went to get the door. Pulling it open, she grinned brightly at the person standing by the door.
