I'm working on the third (octopus Ash), but I think I did something wrong because it's smaller than the others. Having trouble with it's tentacles

Pink- Xander (Just.. idek. Were rolling with it)
Green- Ash

My plan as it stands for the future:
Jyn- Orange, perhaps. Maybe my blue, purple and pink
Red- Red, for obvious reasons
Mir- black
Emi, Nie, and Dom- unsure, but I'll figure something out
That's all I remember for the moment
but if Eris lets me use her name, I want to try and make it big and purple
