Jay buckled up out of habit, curling his knees to his chest and still crying softly.

Finn got in the driver's seat and drove towards the hospital.

Jay hid his face in his knees, wrapping his trembling arms around his legs.

Finn glanced at him during a stop sign and placed a hand on Jay's.

Jay flinched a little, then peeked up at Finn.

Finn gave him a weak smile before looking back at the road. His eyes where watery and his knuckles where white from gripping the steering wheel.

Jay wiped at his eyes, trying desperately to stop crying.

Finn parked near the emergency entrance of the hospital.

Jay stayed seated in the car, shuddering a little bit as he held back more tears.

Finn got out and opened the passenger side door. He gently helped Jay out. Practically carrying him.

Jay leaned into Finn, sniffling softly and clinging to him.

Finn held him close and walked inside. He set him down on a chair before talking to the receptionist.

Jay curled up on the chair, shaking a little bit.

finn came back and crouched in front of him. "Everything's going to be okay. They'll have a room and a doctor ready in a few minutes. Do you have your phone?" He asked trying to keep his voice soft. He blinked back tears.

Jay nodded a little, fishing it from his pocket and holding it up wordlessly, not trusting his voice.

Finn nodded and took his phone. He called his social worker and sat beside him. She picked up. Finn just told her to come to the hospital but not why yet.

Jay shuddered a little bit, leaning into Finn and sniffling softly.

Finn held him close and hung up.

Jay was shaking.

Finn took his hand. They got called. Finn stood up.

Jay stood up quietly, leaning on Finn a little bit.

Finn wrapped an arm around him. They whent into a room.

Jay stayed pressed close to him, almost hiding under Finn's arm.

Finn set him on the bed but stayed right next to him.

Jay pressed in close to Finn's side.

Finn gently wrapped an arm around him. A nurse came in and gave him a hospital gown and a bag to put his clothes in. She said the doctor will be in soon.

Jay bit his lip, not really knowing what to do.

Finn stood up. "I'll wait outside for a second. Let me know once you're changed, ok baby?" He asked.

Jay nodded a little bit. "Okay." he replied quietly.

Finn left the room and waited right outside the door.
