_{smol rant, but how am I supposed to get help if therapists aren't safe? I had a therapist who would tell my mother everything I thought and said… (thank goodness I never said anything too bad) I know my mother would be mad and disappointed in me if she knew it all because I'm supposed to be the perfect child… working hard and being happy all the time… therapists do not make me feel safe. At all. I want help, but I don't know what to do… sometimes it's a lot worse and I don't know if I can deal with it…}

on another note, why did nobody tell me that trying to make homemade mac and cheese was this hard???

Mac and cheese is not hard. I make it from scratch all the time.
I can tell you how to make it with Kraft Dinner.
Or with Macaroni noodles and cheese whiz
Or with cheese powder and macaroni noodles and butter and milk.
Or with actual cheese and milk and butter and macaroni noodles. AKA the actually good for you version.

Homemade Mac takes work.

And mac and cheese made from shredded cheese is difficult. It's grainy if you do the slightest thing wrong.

And grating it is so difficult if the fat content is off.

Baked mac and cheese is easier if you have a good recipe because all you do is mix it and stick it in the oven, but on a stove melting the cheese like you would Kraft? That's hard to do well
