Jay smiled up at him.

Finn pecked his lips. Some of the other guys left the dance floor but there were still a few.

Jay glanced around for a moment. "I need to go find the bathroom soon." He said after a minute.

"Ok," He said. "It's down the hall next to the kitchen."

He nodded a little. "Alright."

Finn kissed his cheek. "I'll be right here," he whispered.

He nodded a little, letting go. "Alright."

Finn reluctantly let go.

Jay smiled up at him, stepping back.

Finn watched him go.

It had been 45 minutes since Jay had told Finn he was going to the bathroom. He had been coming out of it when two guys had grabbed him and taken him into one of the side rooms. The light had been dim and he couldn't see their faces, only hear their voices as they hissed in his ears just what they thought of him, could only thrash as they used him in ways he had never ever wanted them to. They had finished and left and it was all he could do to pull his clothes over his body again, curling into a ball on the floor as silent sobs wracked his body.

Finn got nervous when he realized how long Jay was taking. He checked the bathroom but no one was there. “Jay?” He called opening a door to one of the side rooms.

Jay was curled on the floor, and flinched when the door opened, crying quietly. If Finn looked around the room and then at the boy crumpled on the floor, it became rather obvious what had happened.

“Shit,” Finn mumbled and quickly walked over to Jay. He crouched next to him.

Jay curled up tighter when he heard footsteps, not realizing it was Finn.

“Jay are you ok?” He asked feeling dumb because he obviously wasn’t.

He shook his head quickly, a faint whimper leaving his mouth. He was still curled on the floor, balled tightly around himself.

“Can you stand?” He asked trying to keep his voice at a whisper and calm.

He shrugged a little bit. "I-I d-don't know…" he whispered.

“I’m going to help you up ok? Do you know who did this?” He asked biting his cheek hard so he wouldn’t sound mad. He was going to kill whoever hurt him.

He shook his head a little. "I-I d-didn't…I…" he was crying still as he looked up at Finn.

Finn wiped away his tears “it’s ok baby. I’m going to bring you to the hospital okay?” He asked slowly helping Jay stand up.

Jay stood up, wrapping his arms around himself and still crying softly.

Finn wrapped an arm around him gently and went to guide him out of the room.

Jay huddled into his side, hiding his face in Finn's shoulder.

Finn kept sn arm wrapped around him. Some people looked at them but Finn just glared. He helped Jay into his passenger seat.
