realizing frozen was released in 2013 made me feel like the world’s elderliest elder of elderness

…but then i also realized that my chinchilla is half my age
and that i’m not even a quarter of the average human lifespan
and that the 5 years i have to wait before i can even consider moving out are over a third of my entire life so far

and then i feel like a tiny pathetic infant of sadness

Mistakes are inevitable and bad decisions are bound to happen. But don't let it define you. Learn from the consequences of the decision, Maddie. Don't let it break you down.
