My scoliosis has been acting up recently and this quarantine isn’t helping either :/ I’m gonna try to change up my daily routine a bit and maybe when the weather gets better go outside a bit? We just got 20cm of snow yesterday which sucks because the green grass was showing up…

On a lighter note, I met my niece for the first time tonight!!

Oh nooo. Mine's actually been better because I'm not really doing much other than laying down in the position that kind of straightens it out can't overextend it if I don't move lmao

i think i've still had some stress from the events of, um… like five hours ago, and well…
these made my day. this combined with the lack of sleep i've been getting and music i have on makes me want to just sleep away my troubles but i can't cause i really need to do them and just ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh it's so annoying!!!!!!
