"Waiting for you…" He whispered, his voice hardly there. Pushing up off the couch, he walked up to her and pulled her into a tight hug. "You scared me to death babe, I thought I lost you…"

She sighed deeply and sadly "I'm alright ok I'm right here baby" she said

Burying his face in her shoulder, he held on to her even tighter. "I don't even feel like this is real. Even though I'm holding on to you…" He whispered, voice broken sounding.

She kissed his head stroking his arm

"I-I just don't understand why you didn't tell me…" He whispered weakly, pulling back.

" sometimes I think if you knew the crap I got into you wouldn't love me anymore" she said looking down

"Honey, we're both in gangs. I think I can take a little bit of crap." He continued to whispered, pulling back to cup her cheek. "I'll always love you."

" I know everyone's always just so disappointed in me and I" she said her voice breaking " and I was scared" she said

"Of me?" Brad asked her just as weakly from before, resting his forehead against hers. "Because I hate knowing you were scared of me, and I'm sorry."

" not of you just the thought of you not loving me" she sighed

Sighing in relief, Brad pressed a soft kiss to her lips. "If you can't tell already, I'm pretty deep in love with you."

"I know I know I just love you so much I can't lose you your the only thing keeping me sane" she said

"Surely that isn't 100% true." Brad whispered, cupping her cheek. "But I love you, and won't leave."

She lookedup at him "but it is I love you more than I've ever loved anyone" she said

"I know you do." He whispered, pressing a soft kiss to her lips. "Because I love you, just the same."

she wrapped her arms around him shivering slightly, holding on tight

"Are you cold?" He asked, noting her shivering. "We can go get you a blanket if you are."

she nodded closing her eyes

Scooping her up, he slowly led her along to the bedroom. "You don't have anywhere else to go, right?"

"Not today" she said curling up

"Today?" He asked, lying down on the bed. Yanking the blankets up over them, he turned to her with a raised brow.

"I'm leaving tommorow" she said

"T-tomorrow? But… but you'll be back tomorrow night… right?" He asked, disappointment spreading across his face. "I…right?"

"Monday night" she said and cupped his cheek "I know you had a date planned I'm so sorry baby" she said.

"I-it… it was more than that though…" He whispered, letting out a sigh. "But… go on your mysterious trip. I'll be perfectly fine here."

"Baby?" she asked "I'm sorry" she said.

"Don't be, it was my own fault… I knew I shouldn't have gotten my hopes up…" Brad mumbled, pulling his face away from her hand. "You probably need some sleep, you've got somewhere to go."

she sighed and got out of the bed throwing on an rain coat she started to leave the room

"C-Caroline? Come on, I wasn't trying to hurt you." He whispered, watching her. "I was just…please?"
