how my morning has gone so far
dissociated for 30 minutes straight
unable to get out of bed once I pulled myself out of that dissociative state
had to tell my brother to bring me my meds
he accidentally brought my mom's {prescription} amoxicillin
I spent 20 minutes staring at it and considering whether or not I should take the whole bottle
Somehow got myself out of bed and took the right meds.
Now I just have to convince myself to eat something.
