“C-Caroline… I-“ Brad seemed hesitant, worried what she would do to him after all that had happened already.

" are you actually afraid of me and don't lie" she said

“I’m afraid how mad you are at me.” Brad whispered, keeping a little distance between the two of them. “And what’s about to happen, because clearly I messed something up.”

" I just wish Kaylee hadn't told you…you have no idea how hard it is when your own parents love the neighbors kids more than thier own child" she said tears rolling down her cheeks " to get picked on because I wasn't as pretty" she said

Brad noted everyone starring, walking up to her. "You wanna talk more privately? Somewhere people aren't listening in?" Brad asked her softly, resting his hands on both of her shoulders. "If not, I understand."

She nodded looking up at him with red swollen eyes

Giving her a soft smile, he nodded before scooping her up in his arms and leading her out of the cafeteria. "Where to princess?" Brad asked her in a whisper, holding onto her tightly.

¨I Don´t care´ she whimpered

Nodding slightly, he brought her outside to sit on the steps in front of the school. Sitting down, he held her on his lap when he had. "You can cry if you need to. Or vent. Or slap me. Whatever you need."

¨I Hate them They take everything I lose Everything to them¨ she said

"Like what?" Brad asked her softly, pressing his lips to her cheek. "How bad are they, I want to understand." He whispered now, his lips brushing against her skin.

¨They used to be my neighbors My Parents loved them but never me and then everything changed I was That girl who wasn´t pretty enough who didn´t have enough friends who could love but never be loved then they tourmeneted the gang threatning us they took my parents i lost my parents Calum Arrow and now im gonna lose you¨ she said

"Lose me?" Brad asked her softly, cupping her cheek. "I don't think so. I'm not going anywhere. Especially with the way that girl snapped at you. You need me. I'm not leaving." Brad told her softly, resting his forehead against hers. "I promised to love you, and be yours. I'm not leaving that easy."

¨She´ll pine after you brad Star always gets her way¨ she said

"What if I just don't love her? Huh? If I don't give in, because I know what she's doing, then there shouldn't be a problem. I've never seen that girl in my life before today. She didn't do so well trying to keep a good impression." Brad shrugged, rubbing her knee slightly.

¨Brad You were her don´t you recall you flirting with some freshman girls at the beginning of the year´ she said

“I do, but there’s a huge difference between us. If any of those girls had asked me out, I would have gone out with them for kicks, and then politely explained to them afterwards how I really felt. I’m assuming Star isn’t like that.” Brad shrugged, pressing a kiss to her forehead. “I didn’t want to ask a girl out unless I actually really liked her. I flirted, even if it was a little much at times, to try and make some girl feel better about herself. There’s a lot you must not know about me.”

" Brad you were a player girls cried over yo" she said

Caroline was pulling at strings, she really shouldn't be. But Brad wasn't going to say that. "You think I don't know, and understand that? Ever since we started dating, if you've taken the time to notice, I've gone and apologized to all of those girls."

" I've been a little busy with school work gang work my job making sure I can get into MYU and then balancing a relationship" she said

"You make it sound like I don't have 75% of that to do." Brad mumbled softly, tightening his jaw. "Look, I don't know why you're upset with me, so please just tell me."

" that's the thing Brad you always think I'm upset with you" she said

"I'm clueless, alright? I don't know anything about relationships. I don't know the first thing about girls. Just because I grew up with an older sister, doesn't mean I know everything. I feel like you don't understand, that I don't understand." Brad cried out softly, finally getting what he had been thinking about for months off his chest.

"Then why are you in a relationship?" She asked

"How am I suppose to learn?" Brad asked right back, scanning her face with a slight frown. "Do you expect me to just watch, and learn? I don't do that. I can't do that."

"Why do you have to learn with me why do I have to be the experiment?" She asked

"I've been trying Caroline. You aren't the first girl I ever dated, if that isn't too much of a shock to you. And believe it or not, I know what love is. Being with you, I feel loved. And I love back." He explained, trying his best not to snap at her.

She scoffed " I can't I just can't you do you Brad" she said

"I knew it. You are mad at me. For something I don't even know about." He sighed, sliding her off of his lap. "Until you want to tell me what I did, so I can try and fix things, I think I might actually try and eat something today."

" I'm not mad! I'm frustrated ugh God why don't I do everyone a favor and jump in front of a bus" she said to no one in particular
