Noting her sigh, he let her backpack slide from his shoulder. "What's wrong? Did I say something?" He asked her softly, setting down the bag by her seat.

She shook her head " no"

"You're sure?" He asked softly, setting his own bag down besides his desk. "I don't want to have done something, without knowing."

She wrapped her arms around his neck

Giving her a soft smile, he pecked the tip of her nose gently. "If I ever do something you don't like, you know you can tell me." Brad whispered, wrapping his arms around her waist in a gentle hug.

" I know" she whispered

"I'm just worried…" He mumbled back, pulling back from the hug. "I'll stop telling you, it's just hard sometimes."

She nodded and kissed his cheek

Pulling back fully, he held an arm out to her seat. "M'lady, here is your desk." He joked, giving her a sweet smile.

She giggled and kissed his cheek before sitting down

Sitting down in his own seat, he yanked his laptop out but didn't open it. "Are you busy this Saturday?" He hummed, leaning forward just slightly.

"I'm not sure why?" She asked

"I can't tell you that. I just need you to find out for me." Brad hummed, opening his laptop and clicked on an internet browser.

She groaned as new kids walked in

Catching sight of them coming in, Brad looked over to Caroline. "Who are they?" He asked softly, still typing in his laptop.

" those three girls are star Madeline and Lauren" she said

"Star? I've never heard a girl named that before." He noted, watching the girls strut in with confident smiles.

She rolled her eyes and gagged

"Don't be rude sweet thang." He teased her, shutting his laptop when he noticed the time. The teacher would be there any minute. "Hey… I just realized, there's quite a few new students in here."

"I can be rude if I want to" she mumbled rudely

"Oh come on, it's not nice though. Would you be rude to me?" Brad asked Caroline with a soft smile.

She got up and walked up to the girls "star… Lauren… Madeline…"

"Caro…" He mumbled, watching her nervously. All three girls turned to see who was talking to them, giving Caroline an odd look.

" we went to middle school and elementary together Lauren you're dating my best friend Calum" she said

"Oh, Caroline Woods." Lauren said simply, giving her a half smile. "Can we help you, with something?" Lauren asked drumming her fingers on the desk.

" just… Welcome to Northside High" she said going to her seat

All the girls looked between each other, rather confused at the unexpected greeting. They mumbled in a whisper, keeping to themselves. Brad was just as confused. "What was that about?"

."don't worry about it"

"Now I'm incredibly curious…" Brad pouted, leaning on his palms.
