Hm, I couldn't find anywhere that said that. Everywhere I look it says that china is still in head, but we're getting closer, like within the 200s or less gap. Where did the tiktok find that information xD Just curious

the US has had the most recorded cases for a while now, followed my Italy, Spain, and then China.
However, due to how secretive China’s been and the fact that their population consists of mostly elderly people with severe lung conditions from pollution, we highly doubt those statistics are accurate.

Now, if you’re talking about deaths, China’s still ahead by 200 something, but Italy’s in the lead by far.

I can't remember exactly where, I just remember this video of a guy making a joke where he kept yelling, "Come on America! We can win!" while taking pictures of the number of cases in the background in all different countries in the order of how many cases they had.
