His heartbeat slowed, and his facial expression stayed solemn. The poor boy was beyond insecure. Everything he ever did as a child, was never good enough, and he was stuck believing his life was all bad. Nothing good could ever come, so why was he so ecstatic when Raveena came into his life?
Ravenna sighed going into thier room she walked into the bathroom and locked the door
Viktor headed into the baby's room, looking down at the sleeping baby. "You're too lucky." He mumbled to himself.
Ravenna slid down the door
Rubbing his face in distress, he slumped down onto the floor. Hot tears slid down his face, as he didn't know what to do but cry.
It was all coming back her father hitting her kicking her strangling her using a whip on her and she broke down sobbing that echoed through the house
The sound of her sobbing, ripped his heart into two pieces. The way she had walked away from him had hurt, but clearly she needed someone to talk to. Though it was difficult when she wasn't there when he needed her. Forcing himself up, he went to their room, knocking on the bathroom door.
She ignored him and kept crying
"Raven, it's me. Come on," He whispered, his lips pressed to the door. Sliding down to his knees, he leaned more into the door. "I can hold you, and kiss you if it makes you stop crying."
She held her knees to her chest as she cried
Unsure what to do, he slowly began to hum. "When I was young, I fell in love." He sang softly, not being the best singer around. He had heard the song playing around, assuming it was a decently popular song.
She unlocked the door and scooted to the side softly crying
Hearing the click of the door, he pulled it open. "We use to hold hand, man that was enough." He whispered, scooting in besides her.
She layed her head on his shoulder crying
"I love you," He whispered, kissing her head. "You know that, right?"
She nodded tears rolling down her cheeks
“I’m here for you, I can and will protect you.” He told her, sliding his arm around her shoulders.
She let out a few ragged breaths
“Is there anything I can do?” He purred, nuzzling her cheek with his nose.
She shook her head no
“Am I helping at all?” He whispered bringing her closer.
She nodded
Resting his head on her shoulder, he sighed. "Did I start this?"
She shook her head
"Are you sure?" He whispered, not wanting to pry too hard. "You started after… what happened outside."
" it's alright" she said
"Ravenna, please tell me." He whispered, sweetly kissing along her cheek.
" I don't want to talk about it" she said
Pulling back, he nodded gently. "I understand, just know I'm here if you need to yell or cry. Or anything else for that matter."
She nodded gently is understanding
