Looks at Yellow diamond and my mask comes off as my eyes glow then they turn normal
“Thank you.” The Diamond said flatly, now eyeing the Zircons.
“Hey, you’re fine, Wimz.” Spinel whispered as to not disturb the court. “Don’t worry, White won’t do anything to ya while I’m around.” She winked, then looking to White, who was too focused on the trial to care.
“We’ll start with the defense.” Blue offered, making the Zircon shrink fearfully.
“Whaaaat?” Spinel whined, staring at Blue with disappointment.
“He should at least have a chance, Spinel.” Blue said gently to the pink Gem, who crossed her arms moodily and frowned.
I look at BP as I see her walk forward
(Probably gonna ask for a couple minutes from some new information)
Whimsy got out from behind Spinel and stranded beside her, Pearl walked out of the room, looking a bit pissed. Whimsy didn’t pay any mind, trying not to stare at White Diamond. White was still as formal and focused as she remembered, without all the screaming and abuse. Whimsy looked down at DK somewhat worried, she remember Peri and Garnet talking about him a ton before they all disappeared. She didn’t know what was happening, but she knew he might get shattered.

I see the diamonds look at BP and I look at YP
“Whats her problem??” Spinel asked Whimsy with a questioning smile, nudging her arm.
White actually glanced at Whimsy, but gained a very subtle, guilty look.
BP looked back to her screen and began drawing, smiling to herself as she silently started making shapes that resembled the courtroom.
The defense Zircon tugged at her collar as she whipped out a couple more floating screens, quickly scanning through them as she began. “U-Um…innocent, innocent can mean lots of different things…” She stalled, glancing at the yellow Zircon, who had a smug grin on her face as she watched her fellow lawyer fumble about.
“Get to the point.” Yellow sighed.
“O-Of course, your honor.” She stuttered back. “I-In my documents, it says that Spinel first attacked the defendant, making her the aggressor.”
White simply nodded and replied; “Yes, she was just following orders, he had a bounty on him.” Making the Zircon freeze before frantically looking for more evidence to help his case.
The document shows the day and it is marked Four months ago and I look at white as half of my mask forms on my face and I rub my left eye and my right eye glows with my mask as a hyolagram shows of spinel attacking me as I try to defend myself
“A week ago?” Spinel asked, looking confused. “I wasn’t even on Earth a week ago. The last time I was on Earth was four months ago, haven’t been there since. (Not including today’s visit)”
“We can attest to that.” Blue nodded, gesturing to the other two Diamonds. “She hasn’t been out of our sights in a long time.” To which, Yellow nodded too, muttering something in affirmation.
The defense Zircon almost fainted upon hearing this, but (barely) managed to keep her cool. “What about the last time she visited, your honor?” She asked, trying to find those logs.
“From what she said, he attacked Spinel as she was ‘looking for something cool, I guess’.” White replied, looking at her nails. “She told me that she was trying to figure out what Dk mumbled about her, and after trying to walk away, he slammed her into the cliffside.”
“Yeah, and it still has the mark to prove it.” Spinel added.
BP halted her first drawing (which was halfway finished) and began doodling the scene.
Shakes my head and I look at the diamonds and I smirk as I hear some yelling out of the room and I mumble Looks like it is almost my time to go
“Offense.” Yellow ordered, letting the other Zircon step forward and clear her throat, a still smug look on her face.
“If what Spinel said is true, the case is clearly in her favor.” The offense smiled, bowing slightly as she gestured to the pink gem, who had pulled popcorn out of nowhere. (Lmao)
“He viciously attacked Spinel, when she had brought him no harm.” She said dramatically. “Pinning her against the wall like some sort of villain!”
(Death man, I swear to god if you ruin the trial.)
I facepalm and I pick the lock off the cuffs and my claw glows as I smirk

I have a straight face as the yellow Zircon stops talking and I look at the diamonds and I look at the blue Zircon
“Hey! Whaddya think you’re doin’ with that glowin’ claw? Put that away!” Spinel snapped, pointing at Dk.
My claw stops glowing and I tilt my head a bit confused and I see the blue Zircon look at me and I shrug my shoulders
Yellow Zircon pointed a hand at him, closing her eyes. “I rest my case.”
I look at the yellow Zircon and I roll my eyes as my mask disappears as I look at the diamonds to make their decision
“It’s clear who will win.” Yellow said, “Is there anything you have to say to defend yourself before we make our decision..?”
I look at the blue Zircon and I glare back as I hear a guard walking towards us and my left eye glows a little then turn normal
“So?” Yellow asked again, staring at Dk expectedly.
