Betty got up and jumped back to her orginal seat

”You won't leave?” Laura-Beth asked as she was put back in her car seat.

Laura-Beth looked a little scared at that answer but nodded. ”Ok.”

She sat back in her seat putting her head in her husband's lap

Lysander smiled at her and started playing with her hair.

She closed her eyes and sighed in content

He leaned down and kissed her temple.

She smiled and brought his hand down to play with his wedding ring she'd play with hers but hers wasn't on her finger hadn't been for a while

He smiled at her as she played with his hand but raised a brow as he noticed she wasn't wearing her ring.

She sighed after she had left with Alec lysander had kept it

Lysander smiled assuringly at her and reached into his pocket, pulling out her ring.

She didn't notice as she fiddled with his thumb

”My love?” he said softly, holding the ring above her.

”I believe this is yours.” he smiled.

She looked up and smiled

He gently picked up her hand and slid the ring back on her finger.

She smiled and kissed him
