Cat came back a few minutes later with a new back. It had markers and a thing of stickers.
Lot looked up and gave Cat a grateful smile, "Um, they take it well?"
Cat blushed slightly. “I didn’t tell them I just used the self checkout after walking around for a second. I’m banned from too many Walmart’s.”
"Oh, okay," Lotus responded still smiling as they looked back at the table, "That, that makes sense. Though if you've stolen from Walmart before it makes sense."
“I technically didn’t steal from some of them,” she said sitting down. “They just thought I was stealing.”
"Did you 'borrow' them?" Lotus asked Cat softly as they opened up their computer.
Cat rolled her eyes but still smiled. “No I was just wondering around the store,” she said. “The security person followed me half the time.”
Lotus laughed slightly, "Okay, let's get started then."
Cat nodded and looked at the board. “What layout should we do?”
"Mmmm you can pick," Lotus responded smiling.
Cat thought for a second. “Well we can summarize the myth and then explain what it means,” she said. “Maybe talk about different versions.”
Lotus nodded along as they pulled up their notes, "That sounds good. Maybe talk about how it wasn't actually a box?"
“Yeah we can put that under different versions or something.” She said taking out her phone and opening the doc.
Lot nodded and hummed as they grabbed a marker. Their movements were still a little shaky, but it was getting better.
Cat watched them at first. “Do you want me to write?” She asked.
Lotus nodded in response putting the marker back down, "That would be nice."
Cat nodded and picked up a pencil. “Ok so title first. Pandora’s box?”
Lotus relaxed just slightly as they nodded, "Um yeah."
Cat wrote the title in pencil planning on going over it after. “Ok I already typed up a summary.”
Lotus nodded looking at the document seeing the typed up summary, "I see, should. Should I print it out?"
Cat shrugged. "I can write it or I think they print things for free," she said looking around.
"I'll print it," Lotus responded making sure their laptop could get access to the library printers, "It should be easier than you handwriting everything."
Cat nodded “ok that sounds good” she said. “Maybe we should type other stuff so we can print it at once.”
Lotus nodded and started to type up different information, "That sounds good."
Cat nodded and typed on her phone. She started lightly sketching a layout on the poster.
Lotus continued to type on their laptop trying to make it look as nice as they could.
Cat bit her lip as she worked leaning on the table. She looked up at Lot. “Do you have it all written?” She asked.
Lot nodded as they stretched from where they were working, "Yeah. Ready for me to print it out?"
Cat nodded. "Yeah. We can like frame them with the construction paper," She said picking up the paper and digging scissors out of her bag.
Lot nodded along and went to print the document. They stood from where they were and went over to the printer to get the paper, walking back over to where Cat was.
