I've sat through a number of unfunny youtube poop videos because my friend thought they were funny and I didn't have the heart to tell her that I felt otherwise. Would she have been offended if I told her? Probably not, but that's just who I am as a person, I guess.

Edit: Also I've been pretending to like my same friend's boyfriend for over a year now. He's really obnoxious and weird. At best, I tolerate him but he seems to make her happy so I've just been going along with it even though I secretly want them to break up. Probably a better example.

Sleep paralysis is when you can't move once you've woken up, so you're conscious but you cant move anything. And a lot of ppl say they hallucinated while they were temporarily paralyzed.
