Feel that. I'm having problems just trying to get myself to continue writing my story rather than staying wrapped up in how my characters are too much like people I know and my main character is too much like me.

Haha, I'm a novel writer. Most of my past stories have been junk, but I'm working on a new one that's more slice-of-life than my past fantasy ones.

That's the thing: for me to consider an ending to be fulfilling, I need to cry a lot. So, if I cried, consider that I loved the ending.

My crying is not only for sadness, but happiness as well (NieR Automata per example)
