Jezzie raised an eyebrow. "You? Defeat the Penulum? Don't make me laugh." she said. "And I already said - I work alone."

"You know, working in groups isn't that bad. I mean, I was in a pack but I betrayed them because they were bad and now here I am talking optimistically to a pixie whom I barely know."

"How do I know you won't betray me?" Jezzie questioned. "Didn't think of that, did ya Wolf Boy?"

"Because your not in the Forest of the Lost working your tiny pixie butt off for the Penulum are you." Lycan smirked.

"Good point," Jezzie replied. "I'll join you, but only because I've got a score to settle with the Penulum,"

"How come? I've never seen you in the Forest." Lycan asked.

"I've never been in there myself… nevermind, it doesn't matter to you why, just know that I do," Jezzie replied.
