"I will. In the car." He said simply, walking out to his brother's car. He had picked up the keys to his car, on the way out.

Caroline tried to hold back her cries

"Trust me. It's not far." He said quietly, setting her in the back seat. "Hold on for me." He told her, running around to the driver's seat and started the car.

She held on to the seat breathing heavily

He sped off, careful not to speed. He seemed to have pulled into a neighbor hood, and was looking around for a specific house.

She rested her head on the window wimpering

"We're almost there." He said, grinning at catching sight of the bright blue house among the tan ones.

Caroline was close to passing out very close

Brad pulled into the driveway, and pushed open his door. "Come on love, you gotta stay with me." He told her, opening the opposite door to her. "Come on princess, we need to get inside."

She whimpered and looked at him

"This is a friend's house, she's super sweet." Brad told her, scooping her up.

" Get off your ankle" she.mumbled

"Not until you're taken care of." He said firmly, gritting his teeth as he walked. He carried her to the door, and pressed the door bell.

Caroline whimpered in to his chest

The door opened, and a light haired, darker skinned female stood at the door. "Brady!" She grinned, and then caught sight of Caroline. "Oh dear, is she alright?" The woman asked, her smile dropping. Brad rolled his eyes at the nickname, and shook his head. "She needs medical attention Joanie." He said quietly, looking up and down Caroline.

Caroline whimpered tears rolling down her cheeks

Joanie nodded, and moved aside. She let them in, and Brad immediately shot for the bathroom. "You can make it babe."

Caroline sniffled gripping his shirt

He set her on the side of the tub, and sat himself after grabbing medical supplies. "You can cry, or scream, or whatever. I know it's got to hurt." He said quietly, pulling different things from the medical bag.

She looked at him, red swollen eyes " I'm so sorry I dragged you into this" she said

"You didn't Caro-babe. I dragged myself in, and you still got hurt." He sighed, looking down at her leg.

" you shouldn't be with me" she said

"I want to agree, but say it vice versa. You should be with someone who can protect you better than me." He told her, suck in a deep breath.

She closed her eyes more tears rolling down them

"Would you want that princess? Because you know I'm doing a terrible job. You really deserve someone better." He told her, before looking over his shoulder at Joanie coming in. "Want me to do it?"

Caroline.wiped.her eyes and looked down not wanting to talk

"Please," Brad said, getting up and sitting besides her. Joanie sat in front of Caroline, and went to work.
