"What do you mean anymore? Jordan? What happened?"

Jordan looked over to Reese. "Don't be upset. It's better than what most people can do!". Then he heard Lillian's comment, and immediately tugged the sleeve of his jacket over the bandage wrapped around his arm. "What? Nothing. Just… minor burns."

"We're still proud of you Reese. We believe in you!!"

"Let me see Jordan." Lillian grabs his arm.

He flinched in pain, and jerked his hand away. "Really, it's fine, it's nothing bad. And besides, once I get that tattoo, I'll be absolutely fine."

"You need to go to a doctor about it. Get it treated by a professional. It's obviously not just minor burns."

Sam hovered hesitantly on the edges of the group with a smirk on their face as if nothing had happened yesterday. "Seriously? You're that clumsy? Sad. Just… don't burn yourself, or I swear to the god of tacos, I will start stocking up medical supplies in my bedroom. And I don't give a shit if you don't want me to, insert Jordan's last name.

Reese sighs and stares off into space. "He'll be fine." She smiles and flicks her hand. A small yellow flower appears in Jordan's hands.

"Oh, hello Sam!" Reese exclaimed.

(I'm gonna go with Quinn as Jordan's last name)
"You guys, it's really not that bad. I got it taken care of. I mean, it hurts, but I can handle it."

"If I find out you were lying to me, I will sedate you and drag you to the doctor myself."

Reese's eyes started to water. "ACHOO!" Reese sneezed. Flower petals fell on the ground in front of Reese. "Oops." she said, shrugging.

"Isn't that illegal?" He asked, then jumped when Reese sneezed. "You sneeze flower petals??"

"Stop trying to act so macho!" Sam exclaimed, exasperated. "Le moron, can't you see that these idiots genuinely care about you?"

"Bless you," Lillian says, giggling.

"I'll play it off as an accident. Do't believe me, test me and find out."

They waved away some stray flower petals and sneezed three times violently. "Even this one, who can't tell that I'm allergic-" Sam bit their tongue to prevent a repeat of yesterday. "Sorry," they mumbled.

"I'm not macho! I'm just a grown man who can handle burns!' He responded, glaring at her.

"I guess. I really don't know how that happened, Jordan. And thank you, Lillian." She smiled. "I best get going. Mum told me she would need help with something today. And be careful, Jordan. I don't think you were hurt badly this time, but next time if it's bad, I can't help you… I don't have any damn healing powers, sadly." She waved and walked away from her friends.

Lillian glares back at Jordan.

"Grown man, my ass," Sam said, laughing. "By the way, do you still sleep with Mr. Snuggles? Was that even his name? Also damn, Lydia, do you want me to help? I'm pretty sure that Jordan here needs me to bring his teddy bear in case he gets scared,"

"SoOoOoOorry Sam. I should head to bed. I have early class tomorrow. ' night everyone," Lillian waved off her friends and walked to her apartment.

"Okay, see you Reese!" He smiled. (also mr snuggles is my stuffed bears name irl and I still sleep with him omg I'm wheezing) "WHAT? Of course not! That was just stupid phase that ended like ten years ago!"
