Finn kissed the top of his head. “I love you but now I really got to go,” he said right before the bell rang.

He sighed, and got up. "Ugh. Alright."

Finn kissed him lightly and stood up. He grabbed his bag.

He kissed Finn back. "I love you. I'm so sorry about all of this."

(That’s ok Gn!)
“I love you too. I just can’t wait for all the hard parts to be over,” he whispered smiling softly.

He nodded, and hugged Finn one last time.

Finn hugged him back but then pulled away. “I’ll see you hopefully tomorrow. Here..” he said pulling out a paper and writing something down. “That’s Willows number. If anything really bad happens call her she’ll pick you up.”

Jay took the paper, and nodded slightly. "Okay. Does she know that you're giving me this?" He asked softly.

Finn nodded. “Yeah don’t worry. She doesn’t ask questions either. So don’t hesitate to call,” Finn said.

Jay nodded, and kissed Finn's cheek. "Okay. Thank you."

Finn kissed Jay. “I love you,” he said backing up.

He kissed Finn back. "I love you too."

Finn smiled and turned around. He walked away trying not to turn around.

Jay watched him go, then realized he needed to get on the bus, and headed towards the buses.

Finn got to his car and drive home. He couldn’t sit still the whole time.

Jay got on the bus, and waited to arrive home.

Finn has to stay in the main house again. He did his homework and went right to sleep. He didn’t see poppy at all.

Jay got home and headed into his room to try and avoid his father, try and avoid those fists. He did his homework, hoping Finn was alright.

Finn did his work not able to leave the house even though his aunt isn't home. She set up cameras everywhere. He tried to think of a way to contact Jay.

Jay kept doing his work, biting his lip and casting anxious glances at the door.

Finn leg bounced as he did his homework. All he could think about was Jay or Poppy in trouble and he couldn't check on either of them. Especially Jay with his dad.

Jay only hoped that his father wouldn't hurt him again tonight.

Finn finished his work and laid down. He hadn't heard from his aunt so he thought that was a good sign. At least he'd be able to go to school tomorrow. He couldn't sleep the whole night and ended up just tossing and turning.

Jay slept curled up on his bed, praying that he wouldn't wake up to pain and his father.

Finn didn't sleep at all. He ended up sitting up halfway through the night and read a random book that was on the dusty bookshelf in the guest bedroom. He read until early in the morning.

Jay got up, got dressed, and got out of the house earlier than he needed to, managing to avoid his father. He sat down at the bus stop to wait.

Finn drove to school quickly. Looking around for Finn when he walked through the front door.

Jay fell asleep on the bus, and awoke when he got to school. He headed inside, blinking sleepily.

Finn had drunk a lot of coffee before getting to school. He was slightly jittery instead of as tired as he'd usually be.

Jay looked around for Finn once he was inside.
