Betty was at the sink running the water not hearing or noticing lysander

Lysander smiled softly as he watched her before he walked over to stand beside her.

And still, betty didn´t notice him as she shut the water off.

“I’m sorry.” he whispered, not wanting to startle her.

She turned to look at him " for what?" She asked

"For being so jealous." he told her.

She flinged her hands dry and turned all the way around she wrapped her arms around his neck her fingers brushing against his neck

He sighed at the touch and wrapped his arms around her waist, holding her close.

She smiled " I think it's kindve cute " she said

“You do?” he asked softly, raising a brow.

"I'm the one girl in the world who loves it when a guy gets jealous to me it definitely signifies love if you weren't in love with me you wouldn't have gotten jealous" she said

He gave a shy smile at her answer. ”Then I should tell you how jealous I was when you were staying with Alec for that year?”

She nodded "yes yes you should" she said

”Well, honestly, I was mostly hurt and worried about you during that time.” He admitted. ”But I just hit me one day, while you were still gone, that I was jealous of Alec. He was the one who got to spend all that time with you. He was the first one who got to see your face when you woke up.”

" I married you you are the love of my life until death due us part" she said

”Beyond death, my angel.” he smiled softly. ”Remember I'm a vampire and technically dead right now, and you have come back from death to me a few times already.”

"I love you" she said

“I love you too.” he answered, kissing her gently.

She kissed him back

”I guess this means that Mt. Lysander isn’t going to blow up today.” Henry teased as him and Evan walked inside.

She pulled away from Lysander and walked over to the fridge

”Sorry, did we ruin the moment?” Henry chuckled.

”You know that you damn well did.” Lysander sighed.

Henry looked at the ground, a little sheepishly. ”Sorry.”

”Yeah, about that…” Lysander raised a brow at Henry. ”I didn't know you were so sentimental about having a sibling.”

Henry sighed at Lysander’s comment but nodded gratefully to Betty. ”Thank you, sister.” he smiled a little.

She nodded with a smile and kissed lysanders cheek

Lysander smiled softly at the kiss and gently kissed her’s in return.

She giggled later that night Betty was looking at the mirror in thier bedroom looking at her figure and lysanders shirt that was long on her

Evan, Henry, and Tyler had left earlier in the day as they didn't want to overstay their visit. Though Evan had promised to come back and see them again soon.

Lysander, of course, didn't have a reflection as he walked silently up behind her. ”You look beautiful.” he whispered in her ear.
