I saw his birth year and I was like, wow he's really young and I did the math and it made him 15 and I was like, that's not right, I'M 15 and I was born before that. I forgot that I'm turning 17 in like. A week
I feel you. I’m gonna be 20!
I'm gonna be 16, and have my birthday….stuck at home due to quarantine. Yay.
We can be quarantine birthday buddies

Dude that actually sounds lit though.
Not to flex, but…
This is my andrew (Our Supreme Lord and Overseer): andrew (Our Supreme Lord and Overseer) Robertson
And while he's listed as a major character, he's not the defacto lead
I don't want to come off like I'm patting myself on the back, but….
And andrew (Our Supreme Lord and Overseer) is one of my less-developed characters too.
Ngl. Even one of my unfinished characters is better than their andrew (Our Supreme Lord and Overseer).
Are daggers usually that heavy?
Are daggers usually that heavy?
No.
5 pounds is pretty damn heavy for a weapon in general
A katana weighs about three pounds at the most.
I don't think so. I personally haven't held a dagger that heavy
A dagger that heavy would be highly inconvenient
I couldn't fight with a dagger that heavy and my skinny-ass arms
I can't walk up the stairs with my phone in my hand without getting winded
Are daggers usually that heavy?
No.

5 pounds is like a good-sized broadsword. NOT a dagger.
While five pounds in general is inconvenient for knifefighting, heavier weaponry like axes are five pounds. And most adults are built to wield five pound things, and 5lb intruments are usually double-handed.
A fifteen year old would, in theory, be able to fight with five pounds (I could. I’m sixteen but it’s close enough), but they’d need to be educated in how so they don’t hurt themselves.
I hate being so nice because everyone else helping is so straightforward and I'm just in the background being a socially awkward bean like

A five pound dagger is just improbable, I'm no weapons expert but daggers are meant to be slender and easily concealed. My dagger-wielding characters are ones who are constantly on the go and so need a more lightweight weapon, and ones who want a weapon they can hide until necessary.
Most normal swords are around 2.5-3.5 pounds. Big weapons like a mace or, like Emi said, an ax, weigh 5 pounds. Even big swords are usually around 4.5 pounds.
Yeah. I guess this whole 5lb dagger ordeal is just a huge lack of research on their part.
literally a two second google search tells you that daggers are like, a pound
Exactly. Lack of research.
I've worked a little with stage swords before (lighter than real broadswords, but the same length) so I knew it was inaccurate. A little research goes a long way.
When I don't do research, I end up with "I don't know, however much stuffed animals usually weigh"
And even though a dagger is used differently, welding a weapon for any real amount of time makes it feel 5x heavier.
dom was the one for that whole talk
my man be wielding swords like no tomorrow
Mosis just came onto one of my one on one roleplays that's going on for almost ten pages and has closed clearly in the title and asked to join??
And they did it in someone else's too lol
I'm gonna start throwing some hands soon I swear
