Glancing at her phone, she shot him a text back before going to fix up any last little details. Touching up her makeup, she grabbed a purse and headed out the door. 'I'll ride with you, if you're up for driving again.'

Joanna was out in the parking lot, leaning on the hood of his car. She was looking at the door, waiting for Tempest to come out.
He soon was walking down the stairs into the parking lot. He smoothed down his royal blue button down. He then looked to Jo "Ready good lookin'?"
"Sure thing, hot stuff." She smiled, grinning brightly at him. "As long as you're ready, handsome." She chirped, pushing off the car and walking towards him.
He smiled and closed the distance, giving her a soft kiss. "Let's go then." he said, opening her car door for her
"Thanks," She hummed, pecking his cheeks and getting in. "By the way, you look really nice in that shirt. Blue suits you." She smiled, getting in the car.
"Aw thanks." he responded as he got in the driver seat "You look good as ever too."
"You don't have to say that." She told him, resting a hand on his arm. "But I won't stop you if you do."
"And I won't stop." he chuckled, leaning over and gave her a little kiss before pulling out of the parking lot
“Ok, fine.” She sighed dramatically. A smile rested on her lips, and she reached over to pet his cheek.
He smiled happily and nuzzled into her hand, still keeping his eyes on the road of course
"What's your favorite artist?" She asked spontaneously, pulling away from him. "For music I mean."
"Depends on the genre." he simply responded
"Uhhh pop?" She offered, brushing a strand hair back from her face.
"I like Ed Sheeran. The song Perfect I love" He said without hesitation "Who's Your favorite?"
“In general, Adele or John Legend. They’re my favorites.” She smiled brightly, and hummed one of the two’s song.
"Gosh they're great too to be honest." he responded as they stopped at a red light
"Though, my favorite song is Love Me Like You Do by Ellie Goulding." She hummed, brushing her her with her fingers.
"That's a pretty good song I'm not gonna lie." he said as they now pulled into the parking lot of the studio
"It was something my ex hated, before we started dating." She laughed, stretching out in her seat.
"your ex is crazy." Tempest commented, pulling into the owner spot
"He honestly is." She snickered, clicking the buckle to let her loose. "I don't know what is going on with him."
"Well whatever issues he had I hope he realizes how idiotic he is to try to break your heart." Tempest commented, unbuckling himself and gave her a little kiss
She grinned, kissing him back before sliding out. "I'll hang out with your friends while your in the meeting." She chirped, walking around to his side.
"Of course love." He got out as well and took a deep breath and let it out "I got this, it's gonna go great."
"Do you want me to stay?" She asked, taking his hands in hers'. "I will."
"Yeah just um…he's a good client that we cannot afford to lose." taking more deep breaths "Just a little nerve wracking"
"I can be there with you, I can be pretty persuasive." She told him, kissing his cheek. "How do you think I got you to convince me to stay?"
"Alright…I think we can make this work." he smiled a bit. He took her hand and entered the studio
