Caleb chewed his lip, "Do… you want me to… leave?" He had no clue how any of this worked.

She shook her head ¨They have a tube ti feed him¨ she said

Caleb's forehead scrunched. "But doesn't at least his first feeding have to be from you?"

" it can" she said

Briar laid down holding the baby boy against her" you hungry bud?" She asked

The baby instinctually nuzzled into her and started nursing, making soft noises as he fed, content now.
Caleb chuckled. "He's eager." He leaned over and stole a kiss from Briar.

She smiled at him" I love you"

Caleb smiled back, absolutely in love. "I love you too… Now. What are we gonna name this little fella?" Caleb gently brushed his fingers over the fuzz on the head of the nursing child.

She smiled looking down at the baby boy in her arms " Leonardo" she said

Caleb grinned. "That's a perfect name. One that is great for a child with a lot of potential. I'm calling him Leo for short though." He chuckled and kissed Briar's cheek. "Where's Lizzie? She should meet her little brother. You said she was here, right?"

"she has a cold she's not allowed in the room" she said

Caleb looked a bit sad. Not only over the fact that Lizzie couldn't meet her brother, but the fact that he had been so out of the loop, even nine months later, that he didn't even know if his daughter had a cold.

"hey! It's all right you've been busy I've been busy" she said

caleb still didn't look comforted. "It doesn't matter if I've been busy… I should be there…." He just looked sadder as he gently rubbed the fuzz of his son's head.

"it doesn't matter you're here now" she said

Caleb just gave her a small smile before resting his head on the bed next to hers, draping an arm protectively over both her and his new son.

¨Iv´e missed you¨ she said

"I have too… I'm sorry for being gone so much…" He sighed, nuzzling into her neck.

¨Its alright Love¨ she cooed

Caleb smiled and gently kissed the skin of her throat, making a soft sound of happiness.

Caleb looked up happily at her.
Leonardo had finally quit nursing, just falling asleep, mouth just slightly open, still in his nursing position. He just made soft little breaths as he slept.
Caleb chuckled. "He's exhausted. It's adorable."

She petted the wisp o her hair on Leonardo's head

Caleb chuckled softly, "He's amazing… I can't believe how miraculous it all seems…"

" That you have two children" she said

Caleb smiled. "Yeah… And you, my soon-to-be-wife." he laughed softly, before stealing a kiss.
