Payton pouted for a second before grinning. “Okay!” He agreed, staying close to Kyle’s side as they got to school. “This is weird..” he murmured, squeezing his hand as he noticed the looks they were getting.

“Don’t worry about it,” he kissed his cheek. “I’ll see you in 2nd period.” He opened his locker and grabbed his books before putting his other ones back. “You okay with all this attention?”

“I don’t know..I’m not used to it..” he replied quietly, getting his things from his locker. “Why are they staring so much?”

“It’s because your with me. Everyone knows your my best friend and I’m technically a player. So they’re wondering what the fuck happened. Don’t let it bother you alright?” The bell rang and Kyle kissed Payton’s forehead. “See you later.”

Payton let out a quiet “Oh.” He watched Kyle leave and then turned to walk to his next class. He looked down at the ground and kept his hands in his pockets, trying not to draw attention to himself.
He found one of his friends and made it through first period, almost forgetting about the odd looks.

He walked up behind Payton and grabbed his shoulders. "Hey, sexy," he whispered and then kissed his cheek. "How are you doing?"

Payton jumped and turned around, smiling. “What did I tell you about calling me that in school?” He whispered, walking to his locker.

"Yeah, but only you heard me," he rolled his eyes. "You know you love it. It's impossible for you not to love it." He leaned on his locker as he waited for Payton to finish.

“Yeah but you’re gonna make me all flustered.” Payton muttered, his cheeks turning slightly pink.

"I know, that's why I did it," he whispered. "Anyway, are you done switching out your books yet…." he smirked. "Sexy?" he kissed his cheek.

Payton blushed and glared at him teasingly, nudging his shoulder. "Yes, I'm done. And I'll be walking to class without you now." He added, turning and walking quickly away from Kyle to their next period.

"Noooooo, don't leave me," he whined grabbing his waist. "Please walk to class with me!"

Payton took his hand and pulled him along side him as he walked. "Stop drawing attention to yourself." He muttered, squeezing his hand.

"Thank you," he smiled. They walked to the next class and sat next to each other. "Thank you for letting me walk with you."

“You’re welcome.” Payton grinned, sitting down next to him and letting go of his hand so he could get out his stuff. “When are you taking me on a date?” He asked quietly while the class chatted and carried on.

"It's a surprise," he put a finger over his mouth and smiled.
"Alright, class calm down and be quiet. I don't have time for this." the teacher walked into the classroom.

Payton rolled his eyes with a smile and focused on the class, occasionally leaning over to draw little hearts on Kyle's paper.

He laughed quietly and did the same. "You're being a rule-breaker," he whispered.

“I have freedom of expression.” Payton retorted in a whisper, making sure the teacher was always turned around before drawing more hearts.

"These are my notes you know," he chuckled. "I will write on your arm," he took a marker and wrote "Kyle's property."

Payton smirked and responded by taking Kyle’s arm and drawing little hearts all over his skin as well as adding a few more to his notes.

He giggled. “That tickles,” he whispered as the smile never left his face.

“Didn’t know you were ticklish.” Payton murmured, stopping drawing on his arm and lacing their fingers together instead. He leaned over and scribbled a note onto Kyle’s paper.

He put his head down and smiled wider. Kyle took his pen and wrote something on his paper. It’s not special.

Payton wrote back, glancing up occasionally to see Kyle’s smile.

A light blush appeared. Stop it~. He looked up to the teacher and made sure he still had his back turned before pressing a kiss against Payton’s lips.

Payton blushed and ducked his head down away from Kyle. “Do you have no impulse control?” He asked in a whisper, a smile lingering on his lips.

“I do,” he whispered. “But I really wanted to kiss you…” he mumbled taking a few more notes before kissing him once again.

“People are looking though..” Payton muttered, letting go of Kyle’s hand. He rest his head on his hand, slightly facing away from him.

He pouted and took his hand back. “Fine, I’ll stop…” he whispered and wrote his notes. “Party pooper…”
