Cat typed something up before looking down and kissing Lot. She laid back down.

Lot kissed Cat back and stayed on top of Cat. They had a smirk on as they looked down at Cat.

Cat puckered her lips but didn’t move to kiss them. She kept her head on the pillow.

Lot leaned down and kissed Cat figuring that was what the girl had wanted. Though Cat was cute when she was just lying there.

Cat smiled into the kiss. She kissed back but didn’t move her head.

Lot pulled away after a few moments. They were grinning still.

Cat smiled up at them. “You’re amazing,” she whispered arms going loosely around there neck.

Lot smiled down at Cat. They kissed Cat's cheek, "I am?"

“Yep,” she said not moving much. She stared up at them smiling. Her face relaxed.

Lot didn't move much in return. They were content just lying with Cat, "You're pretty awesome too."

“Thank you,” she said. One of her hands finding their hair and playing with it.

Lot purred a little and moved so there laying next to Cat. Moving slowly and carefully as to not disturb Cat much.

Cat moved to rest her head on Lots chest. Her hand still playing with there hair.

Lot smiled and leaned to kiss the top of Cat's head. They were still purring slightly, they had returned back to their cat-like state.

Cat smiled. ”Im guessing you like it when I play with your hair. You act like a kitten,” she half teased. Nuzzling into them.

Lot hummed amidst the purring making a strange combination of sound. They stroked Cat's hair, "I suppose I do. Is, is that bad?"

”Not at all because I love doing it Gattine,” she whispered closing her eyes as she feels their hand in her hair.

"Gattine?" Lot asked softly their word slurred ever so slightly. They continued to stroke Lot's hair.

“Kitten well actually kittens but it’s the only way to make things gender neutral in Italian,” she explained. Her eyes where closed and she pushed into the touch.

"Oh," Lot responded. They had a smile on considering Cat went out of her way to make it gender-neutral for Lotus. They stroked Cat's head once more, "Do you like this?"

(Btw I’m only 85% sure that’s how you say Kitten lmao. I used a mix of google translate and what I’ve learned in my Italian class)
Cat nodded. “Yeah” she said smiled still playing with their hair but slightly slower.

(Lol, I know Spanish. Not Italian so doesn't matter to me.)
Lotus stroked Cat's head again. They let out a sigh and closed their eyes, "We're going to have to leave this room eventually, aren't we?"

(Nice I think it’s similar in Spanish not sure though I took Spanish in middle school but was really bad at it hence why I now take Italian which I am equally bad at)
Cat nodded. “I’d say no but I need food,” she said still not opening her eyes. He head didn’t move from their chest.

(Love that.)

Lot glanced down at Cat breath in and out slowly, "So do I. Guess we'll have to go down at some point."

Cat nodded. “We should probably do it soon,” she said. “Are your parents home?”

"Think so," Lot responded with a sigh, "They normally get home an hour or two after I do."

“So can we not Umm do this around them?” She asked looking up at them.

"I, I would prefer not," Lot said after some thought. They weren't sure how they were going to tell their parents in the first place. Myrah had just been a vent and their sister just put two and two together. They were looking at the ceiling rather than Cat, "They, uh, don't know I found my soulmate. And, and to be completely honest I think the only, only, reason I'm being this kissy cuddly is because I, I think it's been years since I've actually been able to touch another person."

Cat nodded. ”that’s ok you don’t have to tell them yet. Plus I get it. It’s been awhile since I could just be me around someone so I’m using it all up now,” she said. “But umm if you don’t mind me asking why don’t you want to tell your parents?”

"It's, It's just a preference at the moment," Lot responded stroking Cat's head slowly, "I want to introduce you as a friend before I introduce you as a soul, soulmate."
