“Oh..” Sofie replied, not sure what to say. She turned and walked over to where Riverpaw’s little hideout was, “Hey Riverpaw? Are you awake?”

"Hm?" Riverpaw perked up and moved the vines, sticking her head out. "O-oh, yeah, I'm up. Hi."

“Hi,” Sofie smiled, “Lia wanted me to wake everyone up. Lets go scream and hopefully scare Deathman. Just for some fun.” Sofie smiled again and stretched her wings.

Riverpaw recoiled a tiny bit; Sophie's form was casting a shadow over her, and the wings making her look even bigger did not help. "I-I'm not gonna scream at anyone."

“Oh, sorry..” Sofie said, noticing how Riverpaw flinched. She backed away and folded her wings in again. Maybe it was best to keep them at her sides for… a while. It would be painful, but if it made the others uncomfortable than she’d bear through it, “I’ll just go try and wake him up the normal way…” Sofie replied. Maybe it wouldn’t have best to scare Deathman anyways. He could’ve had some reflexes that might leave Sofie with some scratches. It was funny when she did it to her pups because they would scream and attack Sofie playfully. She missed them..

Riverpaw nodded and, instead of leaving the safety of the roots just yet, settled on resting halfway out and watching Sofie, keeping her eyes and ears open in this still-unfamiliar place.

Sofie walked silently up to Deathman’s base and walked inside. “Deathman?” She said quietly.
