Anti snapping back to normal as he looked over at Steven a look of disgust on his face. He did not realize he was giving off those vibes as that was the last thing he was trying to do. “That’s not how I was trying to come off I would sooner date Nazi then date a kid let alone a female one.”
“Well, good! I want to tell everyone here if you touch my friends you WILL get flung into the sun.” Steven huffed, obviously pissed that he had to yell at people to make them understand. “If you are curious about the science of Gems, you can just ask instead of staring ominously.” He quipped, his pink hues fading away.
Spinel didn’t seem to like this exchange, and was currently standing back with worry.
Poppy backed away more. “D-did I do something wrong…? I-I’m sorry…”
Poppy looked at her feet, feeling a bit upset that she didn’t help, or try to stop. She was too busy helping Nightfall and making sure she was ok to even get the idea to check. She knew this would happen. I’m so useless… I can’t even help fight… or defuse an argument… I’m no Ezra, I’m not even good enough to be a wizard… let alone a guild wizard… I came here and only offended people… Small tears started to form in Poppy’s eyes, Poppy forced her eyes close and started to hold them back, it was hard. I shouldn’t be hurt right now… this is why I’m stupid, useless, nothing… I’m just a cry baby who drowns cities… Lucy doesn’t deserve me as a cousin, I don’t deserve Taily as a friend… I never deserved to be in Fairy Tail… I especially didn’t deserve to meet this people… all I did was make it worse…
Taily looked back, seeing Poppy. Taily turned her head, trying not to look back.
It seemed as if they hadn’t noticed her in the first place, they were likely too distracted by the yelling to realize she was there. Though Spinel glanced at her, but went back to nervously staring at Steven.
Nightfall was watching Erza, Gray, and Natsu anxiously. "Uh….who are they?" She muttered quietly. The red haired female scavenger was the one that scared her. I can't believe I'm scared of a scavenger. She thought. The pink haired one and the other one seemed to be arguing, and Poppy looked upset. "Uh…hey…guys…good to see you….instead of…you know, being in an empty field or something….ha…..ha….." Her voice trailed off.

“My bad, standing and being ominous.” He says shrugging his shoulders. With a snap of his fingers his neck gash disappeared and the black bled out of his eyes leaving bright green ones behind.

Steven crossed his arms, nodding firmly. “There we go.”
Spinel, on the other hand, was only just starting to realize that something was wrong with this man, and those things on his neck weren’t just patterns on his skin. This discovery made her quickly zip to the nearest person and hide behind them, wide-eyed.
Well she wasn’t wrong they were skin markings they just went a little deep. He was surprised though that this was when she ran off as this was a lot less aggressive form.
Yeah, when she was like this, she wasn’t that observant. She had only just realized he was creepy. At this pace, she was gonna get anxiety, which wouldn’t be fun.
(So…..just to make sure everyone's caught up. Nightfall's sitting there awkwardly, being terrified by Erza, and watching Natsu and Grey fight. Also Poppy's upset.)

“So I’m assuming only your body is real.” Anti says looking at Steven his attention no longer on Spinel, but rather at what looked to be the only adult gem there.
“Our body?” He asked, tilting his head, glancing at Spinel with concern. Steven was subconsciously worried about what would happen to her, he didn’t know what went wrong, and why she had lost her memories, that wasn’t a normal part of reforming. Did she even remember mom? As the hybrid wondered this, his skin had turned pink again, but didn’t seem to have realized.
“Ya, like what you’re doing right now. The other two never look fully human but you do the only time you don’t is went you seem to be feeling a strong emotion like with my glitching.” He explained simply as if it was the easiest thing ever.
“Right now?” Steven looked at his hand and seemed quite shocked. What was happening to him?? He shook his hand with slight panic until it went away. “Y-Yeah. They’re not human, I just look this way, ‘cause I am.” He practically stuttered out.
Spinel was still watching, shaken by the situation, especially by Steven. It was clear that she was starting to fear his outbursts; her hair was being expressive again, showing her timidness by drooping. (Kinda like ears?)
