"Caroline, I still love you. No matter what." He promised her, wishing to hold her close. "I don't care if your sister is a psychopath, she isn't you."

¨She´ll hurt you and I can´t let that happen¨ she said.

"But she might hurt you too, and you know she'll try to use you as bait that I won't be able to resist." He told her, crossing his arms over his chest. "I can protect you, you can live at my place, and be safe."

¨Brad you have to resist you just have to¨ she said

"But I won't be able to, this is you we're talking about. I'll still love you." He whispered, just wishing she would say yes and run off with him.

Caroline sighed ¨I Love you¨ she said.

"But?" He asked, expecting the worst.

¨I have to keep you safe¨ she said.

"And that means?" He questioned, with a raised brow.

A tear slipped down her cheek

He came closer to her, and cupped her cheek in his hand. "Caroline, we can still be together. We just have to be careful."

¨I´ve never been good at that¨ she said.

"Neither have I, but if it concerns our lives than I think we can learn." He told her, resting his forehead against his.

She gently wrapped her arms around him

"I'm waiting for you to tell me to go." He whispered, holding her tightly.

" don't go" she said

"I'm not going to, unless you ask." He whispered, holding her close.

She held onto him shaking

He could feel her shaking, and scooped her up. "Wanna go inside?"

She nodded gently

He held her close, and tightly, walking through the front door. "Hey, when are your parents coming back?" He asked softly, leading her upstairs.

" a few days why?" She asked

"I just don't want to waltz in and freak them out." He chuckled, kissing her nose.

" can we watch a movie or something?" She asked

"Sure thing sweet thang of mine." He hummed, setting her on her bed.

She smiled " ohhh wait" she said running downstairs

“Caro-“ she was already gone and he sighed, flopping back onto the bed.

Caroline came back up with tubs of food and laid them on the bed thier were veggies and fruit and cheese and pickles crackers and candies

“Ooh yum!” He grinned scooting back, and holding his arm out to wrap around her.

She crawled over to him after grabbing her blanket at the end of her bed and leaned back on the wall
